Health insurance opened grievance, seems this location is under investigation for bad practices. When they get busy and don't want to look up paperwork they just lie to patients, turn them away, and waste their time. I reviewed my account online and found that BOTH of my children had their birthday altered by 1 day. HOW ODD. This data discrepancy would definitely cause a mismatch in systems preventing correct records from being pulled. I hadn't touched my account in over a year and the last appointment was flawless --so what happened between June 2025 and now? Tried calling the Menifee Quest location this morning to report data discrepancy and verify if 2nd paperwork attempt was successful, no answer, when you select the menu option for "more help" it tells you to go to their website and HANGS UP. Save yourself the trouble, find another location, this one is severely mismanaged.

My phlebotomist Tracy was wonderful! Not only did she take her time explaining the instructions of an at home testing kit that I needed to complete (at some places you feel rushed), she also made me feel super comfortable during the blood draw and instructed me when to make a fist, when she was going to insert the needle, when to release the fist, and guided the entire process (some phlebotomists give you no warning and just dig it right in!). Been to a few of their other locations and they are always very quick and professional. Had my paperwork from my doctors to get the xrays done. I like that they don't require an appointment. I walked right in on a Friday, mid day and they had staff at the front desk masked and ready to assist me. Some medical offices close for lunch, so it was nice to see this place doesn't do that. The lady who helped me asked for my ID and paperwork, then had me fill out a few forms. I sat in the lobby after returning the forms to her. About 5 minutes after that, I was called to the back room by one of the techs. Once I was in the room, she was fast and positioned me where I needed to be, moved me a few times and got what she needed. I was in and out of that room within 4 minutes! Immediately after that, the ultrasound technician collected me from the waiting room and took me into the ultrasound room. Her name is Kim. She made me comfortable on the table and then meticulously conducted the ultrasound of my thyroid. I appreciate that Kim is highly-focused and very experienced in these matters. The entire experience was comfortable.
