We had just purchased a house and did not have access to the home for a walk through and quote. But we also wanted to get on the schedule immediately after close to expedite our move in. Cody suggested we send photos, the MLS listing etc., and he could do a rough quote from there. He put a walk through on the schedule the day after close and start day for a day after. Walk through was easy and only resulted in minor changes and he was able to start right away as planned. We had our cabinets re-painted and every wall in the house, including the insides of two closets and the pantry (totally recommend that btw). The work was done on schedule and to my expectation. We had an unanticipated visit to the property during the work and Cody was able to accommodate (we'd asked he re-prioritize the order of the rooms). The meeting went well and the person that showed up at my house was nice and polite. The problem was that I felt as if I had to chase the person in order to get my bid. They stated that they had to go out of town and I would get the bid when they returned. So I received the bid 7 days after my appointment and 5 days after all the other bids. The price of the concrete was a fair price but I decided to go with another company because of the time frame I needed. Perhaps next project I can use this company.
