The initial consultation was straightforward and he brought samples which were helpful. He did a great job listening and quoting for the work I asked for. He worked with my budget and overall was easy to work with. I had some challenges with his team's arrival times not being consistent, and the timeline seemed to take longer than originally expected, but these things happen during renovations and in the end wasn't a huge deal. The entire project took about a week. The final fit and finish were well done, the grout work and glass install were clean and impeccably installed. Had a need for assembly of a 10x10 gazebo to be installed on my back deck. Unfortunately, I had…read moremeasured incorrectly as we found the deck to be around 2 inches too small for the gazebo. I am sure some assembly crews may have said "can't do", but Emerson sized up the challenge and made it happen through creative thinking. The gazebo was installed properly and can barely see where the necessary modifications were made to make it work! I was impressed! Additionally, when the assembly was done, he cleaned everything up and replaced all things on the deck to exactly as they were prior to his involvement.
