They then offered to send out a more senior technician but the day of the appointment (an hour before the technician was supposed to arrive) said it would cost me $120 to have them get on the phone with the water heater vendor to troubleshoot. If they had said this upfront I could have evaluated the cost but they did it last minute. Very unprofessional business practices.
