My company has used Heritage for years, and since they have always done excellent work for us (even figuring out our complex filtration system when even the installers were scratching their heads) I decided to ask for their help with my new home. They have come out three times so far to help with major issues (mystery leaks and water heater) and their service continues to impress me. They arrived promptly, were quick with their assessment of the issues, and just as quick with repairs and cleanup. The gentlemen who do the actual work are personable and honest (they don't try to scare you into paying more by giving you a worst-case diagnosis, but rather tell you exactly what needs to be done and what you can do to prevent further issues). I would highly recommend them for business and/or residential work. I was notified by the water company of a major leak (my 3rd in 6 years) in my water line, right in the middle of the rains from hurricane Irma. Tommy the owner came right out (in the rain) and gave me my options explaining it in a way I could understand. When the weather cleared they ran a new line for me (something the other national company never suggested) so I should never have this issue again. His crew was awesome; they put everything inside and out back to normal and took extra care cleaning up. I highly recommend them. This is a company you can trust. read more

Called the day of to let me know when they were on their way. Teo other local companies i called previously didnt bother to even show up! The tech was very knowledgable and professional. Heritage Plumbing did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing our plumbing issue. They came out for a running toilet and went above and beyond by checking the system instead of doing a quick, superficial repair. They discovered our water pressure was double what it should be and proactively replaced the pressure reducing valve (PRV), likely preventing a future water heater or pipe failure and potential appliance damage. Tony came out and did the installation of my water heater today. He was extremely nice. He was also very good at explaining everything to me. The work he did was immaculate. It looks really, really good. He was very thorough, very professional, and very personable as well. Extremely reasonable on price and I was never presented with any back-door or hidden fees. Install was easy and they cleaned up quickly.
