They find and vet applicants, you and your child can meet the nanny ahead of the time to make sure it's a good fit, they do the tax forms etc because THEY are the nanny's employer, and their prices are fair. Because of my work and travel schedule I have a nanny nearly every day. My son is on the spectrum but he has formed bonds with his nannies that make me so happy. I may come home to find them building legos, jumping on the trampoline, reading a book or watering the plants. The nannies are allowed to drive if you approve, so ours have helped get my son to camp in the summer or have taken him to the library or for ice cream on long days. I trust them to be in my home and trust them to care for my child, the most precious thing to me. I'm so grateful to have found them and if you are looking for childcare, these are the folks to call. At the time we couldn't imagine anyone but a family member watching her and the commitment of finding a nanny was overwhelming. Now that we have been with CCN for over a year, we cannot imagine our lives without them and they feel like a part of our family. From the very beginning, Christy and Anna made us feel heard and respected as a family. They earned our trust when we saw how thoughtfully and seriously they take placement of a nanny in a home, considering not just background checks but also childcare experience and best fit. We were lucky to have Anna for a whole year from when our daughter was 6 months old to 18 months and she became our daughter's first best friend. They clean the facility every day. And they do great little activity for holidays and occasionally make very cute keep sakes, like a poem with my children's handprints for mothers/fathers day. My children always tell me they have fun. Yesterday I attended their first parent Meet and Greet and I feel even better on how much I spend to keep my children there. I learned how each class curriculum is set up to assist them to get ready for kindergarten. So by the time my older son is ready to start kindergarten, his daycare has ready him to know the alphabet, his numbers, write his name, know the days of the week, etc. I highly recommend them.

Wee Care then gave this unstable man access to our daughter's FULL LEGAL NAME, so he can now find our address with a simple google search. Wee Care's failures are plenty and its response to this situation was appauling: (1) Wee Care failed to inform us of the incident; instead, they told parents of other unrelated children (who were mortified and thankfully told us); (2) Wee Care failed to provide us with an incident report; (3) Wee Care failed to establish policies or procedures to handle this sort of situation; (4) Wee Care failed to immediately report the incident to DSHS as required by regulation, claiming their need to first perform in internal investigation; (5) Wee Care failed to call the police after a threat of harm was made in a daycare facility; (6) Wee Care failed to seek a restraining order against this man; and (7) Wee Care even failed to immediately tell this unstable father that he could not return to the daycare. When we requested the name of this father so we could seek a restraining order against him, Wee Care refused to provide it to us. To recap, Wee Care gave an angry and unstable man all of the information he needed to find and harm our daughter, but refused to simply provide us this man's name so we could seek legal protection from him. The executive director of Wee Care, Sara Hegnes, refused to speak with us despite several requests. It was obvious that Wee Care realized they had violated numerous regulations and decided to close ranks and protect themselves, rather than doing everything they could to protect our daughter. Our opinion is that the management of Wee Care does not have your child's best interests in mind, and your child is not safe there. We can only hope that others see this post and don't subject their children to the dangers created by Wee Care. ** We want to be very clear that our concerns are with Wee Care management. The teachers at Wee Care are saints and one, in particular, put her body between our daughter and this unstable father, and talked him down. We are forever grateful to her.

The team is always responsive to our requests and needs and always, always puts well well being of kids first. Teachers are valued, respected, and a collaborative part of the leadership team. And, it shows. They're comfortable bring up ideas or concerns, and are greeted with responsiveness. This is the cleanest childcare facility I've ever seen in my life. This is also the only place that I trust my child to go during the pandemic. they already cleaned and sanitized more than any place I've ever seen. Now that's even amplified. Not only does the whole staff love my little boy, and he loves them... Not only have they helped him grow socially and emotionally... Not only does he love going to school everyday... Not only is it's a collaborative team where teachers are actually valued, respected, and listened to... But. I will never forget the night my mother-in-law passed suddenly. We had a child in their preschool program. Enrollment was complete chaos: they promised us space in the after care program, assured us there would be plenty, then forgot to add our name to an email list serv for families so we never received the email asking to register. We had to beg and plead for a spot for extended day so that I could continue full time at my work. Their emails to families never come from one person, sometimes it's the head of school, sometimes the CEO, sometimes the librarian. It makes it so confusing and to this day my husband is still not receiving emails that I do, and vice versa, seemingly randomly. During our year of enrollment the preschool encountered numerous challenges and communication to parents was abysmal. Our classroom flooded and randomly had to be closed for more than a week. There were issues with the "lunch program" which is I guess adequate calorie wise, but truly pitiful. Many staff and families feel that the admin leadership, Director of School to be specific, sees the PFA program as a cash cow, but does very little to improve or support the preschool division. (And there's a question about whether they really are in compliance with all of PFA mandates). Half of the enrollment at this school is the preschool. Our beloved teacher raised many concerns with their leadership team and was ultimately fired for being a squeaky wheel, and she was literally the only reason we could recommend this place. After this school year none of the families I know will re enroll and many of the preschool staff are planning on quitting. All that said, I believe that TM has the ability to reform and I sincerely hope they do, because I believe that the educators have skills and experience and the grounds of the school are incredible.
