He explained the entire process as well as each step as he was applying the leads. The location was clean, the room was clean, a bit sterile in appearance but thar was ok. Riza's guidance helped me relieve so much tension and pain stored for years. I used to grind my teeth at night and mouth breathe and that's completely vanished. I also feel like my anxiety levels have dipped as I've been strengthening my tongue and practicing good tongue posture. Which then helped me with my digestive issues. After 2 weeks of training my youngest son started sleeping through the night. I also noticed a decrease in tantrums because he's better rested. Speech has improved a lot too. With my oldest (7 year old), his phobias decreased a lot. I really appreciate the friendly techs. Everyone there is so accommodating. Getting my youngest to stay seated was challanging in the beginning but we pulled through thanks to Bob and Marilyn's dogs. They allow my son's to play with the dogs as a reward after training. Today we no longer need to have the dogs help because they happily sit and know the drill. I hope to find more families benefit from Neurofeedback as mine has.

Should have been a first red flag, but I figure- eh, maybe she said "hello" as the phone was brought up and I didn't hear her. I then asked if they were accepting new patients, and she replies as if annoyed- "for which doctor?". I told her I wasn't sure however I'd like to schedule an appointment, to which she rudely replies, " for which doctor- we have 20?".... definitely lacking a level of professionalism that should be standard when working in the medical field. Her tone was so off putting I told her I'd call back when I'd done better research to answer her questions. If you nedd a neurologist and happen to call this place I hope you don't get Jennifer on the phone. My advice- hang up and wait for better service. She truly is awful and not helpful at all.
