Unfortunately, my experience after installation was disappointing. Several items delivered and installed were not what I had specifically requested. I asked for brown mulch but black mulch was installed. I requested smaller, smoother rocks that would be easier to walk on, but larger rocks were used instead. Plants also differed from what I requested, including Holly bushes that I made clear I did not want (in addition to Boxwoods, which were later returned). At the time, I chose not to make the crew stop and reload materials because I did not want to inconvenience them, assuming the company would be willing to work with me afterward if adjustments were needed. After living with the landscape for several days, I contacted the company and politely requested to exchange the Holly bushes for similarly priced plants I had originally asked for (Sunshine Ligustrum and Camellias), or alternatively receive a refund. I felt this was a reasonable request, especially since there was no stated policy indicating plants could not be exchanged or refunded. The request was refused. What disappointed me most was not just the landscaping mistakes, but the unwillingness to extend courtesy or work toward a reasonable resolution after multiple items did not align with what had been discussed. I understand landscaping projects are not perfect, but responsiveness, communication, and customer service matter when problems arise.
