After shopping around and making a few phone calls to some other print shops which, surprisingly, seemed to be bothered by answering my questions over the phone. I actually found out about InoPrints on yelp. Then after perusing the InoPrints website Chris at InoPrints provided online assistance in helping me find a business card option that would suit my needs. He provided me with some great options even though they didn't have exactly what I wanted, but I didn't feel like I was at some used car lot dealing with an evil salesman. I ended up getting my business cards done by InoPrints because of their attention to my needs, willingness to work with me even though I didn't have a massive project to print (only 50-100 business cards), and their constant communication. I am starting a small business and decided to google sticker graphics, Chicago. I saw Inoprints pop up on yelp as the top rated business. I spoke with Berto who was professional, friendly, and thorough at the same time. I had a simple pencil sketch of a design I made on graph paper that I needed turned into a graphic proof. The customer service I received from InoPrints was as good as it gets. They responded immediately every single time I e-mailed or called about a change. They were actually smart and actually courteous. I was terrified that it was a scam of some kind because I conducted all my business on the phone and over e-mail with them, never ever met them. I run a design dept. for a medical company in Highland Park. I like dealing with local services in the city, as I live near downtown Chicago. I recently wanted to shop around for a new printer for the high volume of collateral we output for tradeshows and the like. I called this place on Tuesday for a quote on a $1000+ job. They said they would email me right away. It's now Thursday and I still haven't heard back from them. If their service is any indication of the quality of work, I'm glad they never got back to me. Our money is better spent somewhere with prompt service. Maybe they're doing so well they can turn down new accounts? read more

I am opening a new business in a few weeks. So, in short, I am a hot mess right now. Last week I realized I needed brochures ASAP so I could send them to everyone who might possibly want to refer clients to me. I have no design skills so I thank Jesus that Inoprints took all the mixed up nonsense I sent them and turned it into PURE FREAKIN' GOLD! I kid you not. Not only were they brilliant but they could not have been nicer. I am impulsive and change my mind every 1/2 second and they were more than patient and accommodating. The customer service was truly outstanding. They sent me proofs each time I changed my mind about something or realized I had some typos and did things according to my time frame. Let me also state that I NEVER even made it to their store. Everything got accomplished perfectly through phone and email and then they shipped them to me! I will probably do all of my printing through them from here on out. When my business cards run out I will switch them over to Inoprints. After I send out these 1000 brochures, I will redesign with Inoprints. 100% L-O-V-E. So don't be an idiot and go somewhere else. read more
