The owner was the one who dropped off and picked up the jumper. The jumper was clean and in excellent shape. They informed me they open the jumper the day after the event and do a thorough cleaning and sterilization. Fast forward to this year. I needed to rent chairs for two separate occasions in a one month span of time. I had their information saved from my other two experiences so I called and left a message. No response. I waited a few days and then called and left a second voicemail. Again, no response.Texted and finally got a response. They were booked for my first date. Totally understandable. Booked with another company for the first event and thought I would try them again for the second date I needed. This time, instead of calling I texted to see if they were available for the date I needed. They neither confirmed or denied that they were available, instead asked what I needed. I responded back with the number of chairs needed and asked if they were available. This all happened on a Friday. It is now the following Tuesday and I have yet to hear back from them. I don't care if they are busy on the date I need, however, ultimately I need to rent chairs and if they are unable or unwilling for whatever reason I would like to know so that I can find someone who is able. I will be renting from Cucamonga Jumpers who I rented from earlier this month. I texted them about the same date and number of chairs and got a response within minutes. I wanted to be a return customer, but I guess the feeling wasn't mutual.

One time during the pandemic I tried an independent operator--what a joke! They canceled on me THE MORNING OF my party and I had only 2 hours to find a replacement. I couldn't have been more sad that I hadn't simply booked with 909 Jumpers, they'll totally reliable and when I have an extra request (need the jumper partially on asphalt driveway, need a different delivery time) they always do their best with minimal up charges (heads up: a jumper on asphalt/concrete is an up charge and with good reason, I don't mind a small fee for them to ensure the jumper is safe and won't be damaged!). That party was rescued by a small jumper from a local party store, but kids really do enjoy the big jumpers a lot more. 909 Jumpers is the best: great prices, professional staff, very good selection. Don't gamble your big event going with unprofessional operators, it's not worth it and 909 Jumpers prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they provide.

So I headed to yelp, given the fact that j had such high ratings and seemed to be a legit professional business, I figured it would be much more, but I got 72 chairs, 9 tables and a cocktail table for $179. I was very happy with that, I did the side by side per table and chair with the other guy and it came out almost exactly the same! Plus they dropped off the tables the day before!
