I previously left them a 4 star review and am now updating it. I have rented chairs from them twice, both times about a year ago. Things were fine. Prices were reasonable, however, their communication was severely lacking (as noted in my previous 4 star review). But, they showed up with my chairs as promised and picked them back up. Fast forward to this year. I needed to rent chairs for two separate occasions in a one month span of time. I had their information saved from my other two experiences so I called and left a message. No response. I waited a few days and then called and left a second voicemail. Again, no response.Texted and finally got a response. They were booked for my first date. Totally understandable. Booked with another company for the first event and thought I would try them again for the second date I needed. This time, instead of calling I texted to see if they were available for the date I needed. They neither confirmed or denied that they were available, instead asked what I needed. I responded back with the number of chairs needed and asked if they were available. This all happened on a Friday. It is now the following Tuesday and I have yet to hear back from them. I don't care if they are busy on the date I need, however, ultimately I need to rent chairs and if they are unable or unwilling for whatever reason I would like to know so that I can find someone who is able. I will be renting from Cucamonga Jumpers who I rented from earlier this month. I texted them about the same date and number of chairs and got a response within minutes. I wanted to be a return customer, but I guess the feeling wasn't mutual. read more

This shop is full of fun stuff for parties! Great, friendly service! I brought in balloons I ordered online and called to make sure they could fill them up for me. I even asked him if there was another balloon they could get for me and even though they didn't have it at the store they managed to get it and called me to let me know it's there! That's customer service at its finest! I also got awesome birthday candles that lit up like a firework! The adults enjoyed it but the kiddos were a bit scared (picture attached) I will be shopping here for my party necessities! read more

I had no problem with the products they produced. The balloons I asked for were perfect and the price was reasonable. They were also ready on time. BUT they had me pick them up at a house! They are running their business from their home which I didn't know when I received the address. When I got to the house, the lady was out doing deliveries so her husband came to the door. I brought cash but he didn't have change so they got an extremely nice tip. I don't think it's professional running a business through your home like they are doing and how do you not have change?? They seemed like very nice people but it should be stated to bring exact amount of cash and the business is located at a house. I am not a returning customer. read more

This party supply store promised and delivered! I contacted them on a Saturday evening, requesting balloons for Sunday morning. The store opens on Sundays based upon request, which I think is great. They had the colors that I needed, even though they were graduation colors, which other stores were sold out of! Valerie was the person that helped me out, and also had great customer service by informing me of other items that she had for future parties that I inquired about. I appreciate when private party supplies stay true and honest. I will def be shopping for my sons bday at this spot. It is hidden, but when you find it, its a hidden gem! I had forgot to write a review but tried getting village party supply for a party I had about 2 weeks ago . I texted the number they have on yelp I did get a response . But after I tried texting them again to change my order , I never got a response back so I tried calling left a message and nobody got back to me . I tried calling again 2 days before my event and the day before to confirm my order ,left a message and still nobody got back to me . At this point I was worried that nobody was getting back to me . So I end up going with BG'z rentals amazing people amazing customer service they got back to me within five minutes. I needed balloons for daughters's birthday at the last minute. I had purchased balloons online and called around for places to fill them, however most big name party places don't do outside balloons. Love this party supple store. My family just moved to Fontana into our first home and we were so excited to start throwing family parties at our new home. First holiday that came up was Christmas and it wasn't until Christmas Eve at 3pm that we thought "maybe we should have a piñata" but we thought where are we going to get a Christmas piñata this short notice?!? That's when we found village party supply. We called and asked for Christmas piñata a and they have four, I asked which ones they had and I decided to ask for a Rudolph piñata and a Santa Claus piñata. I asked if they were the big piñata and they said yes so I figured if the small piñatas at party supply are $30 then these should be at least $40. But no. $25 each ! I was in love I went to pick them up but only one could fit in my car so they said I could leave the piñata there until I could pick it up. Great service. This Easter 2016 we decided to get another piñata but I saw they were closed. Fortunately I'm stubborn and called anyways asking if they were open and they said no but asked what I needed. When I said just am Easter piñata they said to call when I was outside the store and they'll open just for me. AMAZING. read more
