A while ago, I brought my 15 year old C1500 Chevy truck to InOutCarCare. The reason is because I was going to try to sell it. I figured I would just add the cost of the cleaning onto the price of the truck. I dropped off the truck in the morning & picked it back up about 4:00 p.m. My daughter drove me to pick up the truck. When she saw the truck, she was amazed how it looked. They did both inside, including carpets, and outside wash and wax. The next day she made an appointment for her older model SUV. They did an excellent job for her too. It's a lot of money to have your car detailed often, but maybe once a year or so you can do. Put $20.00 or so in your piggy bank every month. After a year or so, you can afford a good package you will be happy with. Oct. 2016, UPDATE: I took my small 2009 SUV in for an exterior detail. I wanted a coat of wax on the vehicle for the winter snow and road salt. Excellent job. Looks new again. read more

I can't believe I haven't reviewed Inside Out Car Care up until now. The work done by Joe and his team are second to none. It's more than just your normal car wash and vacuum. Even the smallest of corners and those cup holders you didn't even know you had, they take care of it! Sure, it's best to leave your car there all day for the best results; you won't be disappointed. My parents loved to get me gift certificates to get my car detailed while in college and it was always a useful gift. Seriously, I bought a bluish SUV so it hides the dirt and grime. Fantastic!!! That's all I can say about my 2013 black Jeep Wrangler. I just had the silver package ceramic and paint repair done to it. I knew the paint was in pretty bad shape and that black shows up every single flaw, So while I was hopeful that Joe could work his magic I tempered my expectations. All I can say is that I am blown away by how good my Jeep looks. I cannot believe all of the scratches that he was able to get out, and all of the spots on the hood that are totally gone. My sun faded top, mirrors and bumper pieces are fully restored to their lush black color. I can't say enough about how good it feels to get inside such a beautiful looking vehicle. I took my Tahoe to Joe and his team for a full service detail. Although it's not my first time using Inside Out, I was still amazed at how clean my truck was when it was returned. The attention to detail is top notch. Every stain in my carpet was gone, the seats had been removed to clean underneath, cup holders looked brand new. I had a few light scratches in the topcoat and Joe and his guys buffed them all out for no extra charge. The wax job is beautiful. I can't say enough about the care they give to the vehicles they clean and their follow up customer service to ensure the customer is always happy. These guys aren't just for detailing. My car took on a lot more water than I ever would have expected after that flash flood came through Salisbury. There was an awful moldy smell left in my car days later when Inside Out showed me that water was trapped under the carpets and in the insulation. I was convinced that smell would be with my car for the rest of its life, but when I came to pick up, the mildew odor was completely gone and my car was looking as clean as when I first bought it. I had never had my car detailed before, and never knew if it was worth the money. Inside Out Car Care did a fantastic job, they totally blew any expectations I had out of the water. They went above and beyond with the cleaning. I picked package #5 because we are trying to sell an older Explorer thats been all over the country, and it looks like a brand new car! Stains I was sure could never come out are gone from the deep steam clean, every detail was taken care of. The interior and exterior were done to perfection. We loved the job so much, we brought our Honda Insight in today to get it detailed as well.
