First, when I went to go and pay, the cashier was rude and had an attitude (for no reason..I simply just walked up to the counter to pay).Then as I was approaching my vehicle after they called for me, one of the guys rudely told me that the tip box was behind me and that's how they do it there. Smh, I had the tip money in my hand but was caught off guard by how aggressive and rude he was. I was planning on tipping but because of what he said and how he said it, I didn't want to tip him. I just felt his response was uncalled for and very unprofessional. Idk if it was because I had out-of-state tags or because I was a woman but the treatment was definitely uncalled for. I checked the inside of my car and found one of the parts that holds the floor mat together was broken (the piece was missing) and someone there also broke the piece used to turn the vent on and off.
