John Wade, the Senior Program Mgr. Came to give us a proposal and was extremely knowledgeable and dependable. All of our phone calls were returned promptly and he was eager to help us with any advice we needed. Once we have them the go ahead to do the job John was with us every step of the way! He was there on site, monitoring the situation from start to finish! No questions went unanswered and he was extremely approachable and kind. His awesome crew, Roberto, Juan, and Andy were also extremely professional and took the time to care for our lawn and sprinkler system. We really appreciate that they went above and beyond to make sure we - the homeowners were satisfied. When looking for a company to remove or abandon an oil tank, don't go with the lowest bidder, even though they were extremely competitive. AB Environmental has an impeccable track record, insure and licensed, but most important they are reputable and honest. They coordinated with the NYS DEC and used high tech machinery, and a photo-ionization to detect any contamination. I wanted the job done right and with all their safety measures put into place we were extremely satisfied and we would not hesitate to recommend their services. We are lucky…read moreenough that we don't need water pumped out of our basement often but did need it twice this year. They worked perfectly and even after 14 years the pumps are great. Just had a service call to make sure everything is running smoothly incase we need the pumps again and the service man (John) found everything to be in great. Highly recommend ACM. Very honest, fairly priced and excellent work! French drain's really work, even with the ground water rising from the bottom up (which is what happens in our case).
