Should be an amazing experience, except for the fact that the sales manager forgot to inform the staff and the car was not ready for me to pick up. A year later, the service department took in my vehicle and quoted me 90 minutes for the service. They found that I needed an alignment, which is perfectly acceptable, but they decided that would take 3 more hours (??), they did not tell me this and they did not offer to get me a loaner for the inconvenience being that I would have to sit at a dealership all day. When I left, the service manager asked if he could do anything to make it up for me. I told him to discount the service, he threw up his arms and walked away. I'll never go to Competition Subaru for anything, ever again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I would suggest thinking long and hard before visiting this dealership.

They sold me a car with a major defect that they knew about but failed to disclose at the time of sale. Since then, the vehicle has been back to the service center 5 times for the same recurring issue. Even their own technicians have admitted to me that there is "no known fix" for the problem, yet they continue to waste my time with failed repair attempts. I have now had to involve the NYS Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. If you value your time and money, go elsewhere.
