Suzie has best hands in the industry. She's very precise and meticulous in her work. As a result, I feel young, clean, confident and look great after every haircut. I first met Suzie at another shop and she was kind enough to inform me that she moved onto this location because it's hard to find another great barber such as her. We always have great conversations and she's always on point with her work and she doesn't seem fazed or distracted even while we're chatting away. She has a keen eye for detail and her work is always the best! After looking around for several months in the Sherwood area for a hairdresser, I called Omnia. From the street it's a little cottage. Once inside it's a bustling Salon. I left a message and Shareen called me back. I learned that each stylist is independent & She gave me her cell #. Like many others I had C19 ugly hair. I would like to start by saying that I am picky about my hair. After a year (COVID) without a haircut or color, I was desperate. I called around and had a really hard time getting an appointment. Finally I called Omnia and Robin called me back. Robin is amazing!! I love my hair cut! Robin listened to what I wanted and understood my hair. CHEAP AND LOW QUALITY, THE WALMART OF SALONS. I would encourage you to steer clear! While I have had good quality service from Ashely, I was thoroughly disappointed I the quality and customer service I received from Kristen and Diane(the owner). I set up a consultation with Kristen, she assured me she could match my hair to my natural dark ash blonde. I made an appointment. At the appointment I was horrified to see lots of DARK RED and color all over my skin. She encouraged me to wash my hair and the color would be better. The entirety of my hair turned Auburn. Obviously things went wrong but she was not able to admit that, and refused to refund me the money I paid. She did offer to attempt to fix it, but WHO WOULD TRUST HER TO TRY AGAIN? I contacted the owner, Diane, and explained. She said quote "ITS OUT OF MY HANDS"! This in addition to the fact that they use over the counter low quality products on your hair, NO SALON QUALITY PRODUCTS FOR YOU!, just ask, and Kristen constantly talks about being so wasted she "bought 2 vending machines", her boyfriend calling her a "C**t" in-front of her children, and how she has severely damaged hair herself as a "professional". I went to the salon down the street, when they use super high end products, no trashy stories, heathy hair, and have integrity when it comes to customer service. With so many options in Sherwood, you should too! read more

I love Paige and April! Paige is very meticulous and listens ! My eyebrows look better than ever, and is very reasonably priced! I enjoy the fruit of her efforts and the time spent with her. Lovely lady!!! April is an absolute joy, she listens and takes a picture and makes it look amazing on you! I had a photo of Tina Feys hair form "this is where I leave you" and she nailed it perfectly for me! My highlights aren't choppy they blend seamlessly!! And my cut is perfect ! Again, very reasonably priced! Both ladies and the owner make you feel at home, even if it's your first time going! I look lovely while writing this review and it is all due to Michele K. at Omnia Salon. It is over a 30 mile round trip drive from Sellwood, were I live to, Sherwood, and if I can I try to stay local, but not when it comes to my hair now that I have found Michele. I truly am not a vain person until it comes to my hair. As a young woman it was longish, wavy, full of body, and shiny. It pretty much looked good no matter what a stylist did to it, they could cut it most any old way and it looked good enough for people to stop me on the street with compliments. But as the years pass and I age, my hair ages as well, I'm getting closer and closer to the big 1/2 century mark, and having long lovely sorta curly hair becomes quite a struggle. I'm not ready to let the grey streak that's growing in the center of my head take over, nor am I prepared to chop of my still thick, wavy, full of body brunette mane. But I tell you, if I hadn't found Michele at Omnia, I might be singing a different tune. My locks were looking dry, limp and dull and I wasn't receiving those compliments, that is, until I found Michele! She cuts and colors like the mad pro she is and she makes me feel comfortable enough that I could be blindfolded while she works her magic and I know I would love the results. She uses quality products that have great ingredients, she knows her stuff, believe me, I don't usually buy salon products but I went home with them on a prior visit and I have to say they are great, a little goes a long way and makes my head happy. The Salon is a cute little "house" like structure, with a clean, pleasing feeling and nice staff. The owner, Diane, is super nice and friendly and has quite a steady clientele. I've heard great things about the Massage Therapists but have yet to spoil myself. Hope this review helps and you find yourself as happy with your head of hairs as I am. read more

I've been going to Omnia for about 4 years now and I have several shout outs! Diane is by far the best hairdresser that I have ever had! She's an excellent color "artist" and I always get a great cut. Michele S. is a FABULOUS massage therapist, I have never had a better massage (and I've been to a lot). Paige is a great aesthetician. Her facials always leave me feeling very relaxed and she's an excellent "waxer" too! The salon is VERY CLEAN, it's well appointed and it's also very inviting and comfortable. While I haven't had an opportunity to have my hair done at Omnia yet, I do go in to visit Paige to have my brows & skin taken care of. There seems to be such a wide range of services available there that how could you go wrong?! Everyone there has been very friendly and I never feel like if you're here to see that person, why aren't you here to see me as well, like some places do. Honestly, I really like the feeling I get when I walk in the door! The building that the salon & day spa is in is so charming and after a long day at work and a commute for myself to get there, I walk in and instantly feel more relaxed. I love Marley and travel from Oregon City to Sherwood for her to tint my brows and lashes. Yes, she is that good! (I'm a redhead and working on skin so fair is no easy task.) Last time I was in for tinting with Marley, stylist Michele came to my rescue with a small hair emergency. So now I want to see her for hair since she was so helpful in a pinch for me! Have been seeing Shareen for well over a year and don't know why I haven't written a review before now. I chose Omnia salon for its close proximity to my home and was lucky enough to get Shareen right off. What a blessing! She is a fabulous hair stylist as well as colorist. She is the type of person you can talk to and get honest feedback. As far as my dull self- dyed, still using curlers hair was concerned, Shareen introduced me to the 21st century. I was nervous going into Omnia today, having not had a good haircut in years but Michelle was very friendly and easygoing. She gave me a fabulous cut and corrected some weird layering issues, so I was thrilled. While I was in I also got a brow wax from Paige, who was fabulous and accommodating and also took the time to explain brow powder/wax to me (I had never used any before). I visited Omnia Salon for the first time in January. I saw Shareen there, and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I went in with badly damaged hair looking for help and an opinion on how to fix the mess I had made. Shareen was attentive and helpful. She was genuinely interested in helping me get my hair healthy again, while finding a style and color that would work for me. Shareen was friendly and warm, and I really enjoyed talking with her while she worked on my hair. I felt the prices were extremely reasonable, and the service and professionalism was exceptional. I drove from Salem to Omnia Salon to see Michele Kleven for my hair color and hair cut! Michele did a wonderful job, she listened to my needs, she asked multiple questions about how much time I have to style my hair and how often I would like my color to be done. I was very happy with the results and I am now a week out from appt and my color looks a fresh as it did the day of appt. As for my haircut it is perfect and I feel like myself again! I will defiantly make the 45 minute trip to see her and would recommend her to everyone! The salon it's self was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. read more

I would follow Diane Brown to the ends of the earth; just so she could cut and color my hair. I've never found someone who understands me and my hair so well. I always walk out of there looking like a million bucks. And if I simply wash and blow it dry- my hair looks like that all over again. She and her staff are always learning about the newest products and which ones are best. Besides that; we have established a genuine bond of friendship over the years and that is the best part! I had heard a lot of great things about Omnia. I booked an appointment with Sharene by her own recommendation. I wanted a trim and to thin out of my longer, thick hair style. I left disappointed and feeling like one side was shorter than the other. I called Sharene and she very graciously made another appointment with me to fix. I left this time very disappointed. Not only did she fail to actually THIN out the style...she created a very ugly shorter hairstyle that slopes to the back. A coworker asked why I got a "tail"!!!! Ugh! I think Sharene is a very sweet and very pleasing person. I do not however feel she is competent at thinning hair out well. My biggest disappointment, other than bad hair- was that there didn't seem to be a manager to speak to. I tried calling the salon several times and had to leave a message. It made for a rather awkward way to try to reach another stylist to try to get my style fixed properly. read more

So let me tell you all my story. About a year ago, last winter, I decided I wanted a change and since I had fairly light brown hair to begin with, my friend convinced my to use a box kit to go blonde... I don't care what you see in adds or what other people tell you about their experiences.. DON'T. Anyways I tried it and it was awful. My head looked like a straw colored crayon. Needless to say I couldn't go out in public looking the way I did so I called every salon in my area and most of them said they were booked. When I called Omnia salon the lady felt for me and gave me Tara's cell phone number and told me to call or text her and tell her about my emergency. She got me in the very next day! Tara transformed my hair into the most beautiful shade of blonde that I get complimented on ALL THE TIME. Some people even say it looks so good it could be natural (even though I have dark eyebrows). As soon as you walk in you feel right at home.. probably because the salon is in an adorable little house.
