I recently purchased glasses from this firm and have been a customer for over 20 years. The glasses…read moredid not fit properly and I was told there was nothing else they could do at time of purchase. Strong winds blew my glasses up, partially off my face and the lens blew out. Unfortunately The lens was lost and now this firm is refusing to cover the replacement cost. I requested Dr. Brisson to call me and he refused to return my call. When I took my glasses in for repair, I was greeted with an attitude of why you are here with no appointment though I had just arranged with another staff member to bring my glasses immediately. I was then subject to a very poor customer service and attitude. I strongly recommend that this firm not be used. I have cancelled all my family business and my daughter will be cancelling her family business with this firm. We have notified our many friends and neighbours in Port Hope and Cobourg area.
