Apart from the makeup section, it's a pretty standard location. It's a Winners and Homesense combined and it's fairly large. Anyway, if you love getting makeup at Winners, you will love this location. They had so much Innisfree inventory! I love this Korean brand, so was in heaven, lol. It's in the Parkway Centre. Lots of free parking in the plaza.

My problem began when I was led over to a staff member that is clearly tasked with selling as many accessories as possible. For 15 minutes I was subjected to one of the most polished, high pressure, aggressive (think timeshare broker) attempts to up sell that I have ever experienced. Everything from shirts, socks and pocket puffs was pushed on me. "What do you mean you don't have a Christmas office party to go to?" was a memorable comment made to me. I'm a jeans and t shirt guy. I JUST WANTED A BLACK SUIT FOR MY MOTHER'S FUNERAL!!! Finally the guy that fitted me interrupted and took me to the cash register. He didn't apologize, but I could see it in his eyes. Afterwards I did contact Moores about this situation but never received a reply. Too bad for them. Three sons near high school graduation and needing formal wear. Perhaps future weddings. None of that business will go to Moores. As long as I draw breath on this earth I will never step foot in a Moores store. I would sooner pay double for the exact same suit anywhere else than do business with Moores again. If you are reading this I hope you do the same.

I told him I just needed a black suit for a funeral. If the transaction only involved him, I would not have had a problem. Unfortunately he takes me over to a table where a female was waiting. Her job is to watch what you pick off the rack and get tons of accessories ready for the attack. What happened next was one of the slickest high pressure sales pitches I have ever encountered. She had two shirts, a formal and more casual tie, poofs for the pockets, shoes, socks, tie pin and cuff links. After patiently saying no for 15mins and arguing with her that no, I really only wear a suit once every few years. I will not be returning to this location.

Just…read morelast night I purchased a couple pairs of yoga pants, as they were the wrong size I returned them today. I find the staff helpful here. There was a price difference between the pants even though they were almost the same style, so the teller called his manager just to verify why. She explained to me that these ones weren't on sale like the other ones were and there had been no price changes so there couldn' t have been a switch in the sale overnight. I really appreciated having that explained to me that way and I knew I wasn't being sold short. I appreciate having everything explained to me in detail, this is good customer service.

We attended to store on Saturday, Feb 16 right when it opened (we did not have an appointment and were shopping for a prom dress) The lady that attended to us (sorry I do not have her name) was just amazing, it was actually an emotional experience as I and my daughter are used to having such bad experience or just ignored. She was patient and kind, offered suggestions and was so attentive. I will certainly be back for any formal wear that my family needs and have told everyone of our great experience and recommended that others go there. To the lady that assisted us, thank you so much for making us feel special and important and being so patient with my very picky, ornery and hard to fit teen, it was so appreciated!

I messaged the Facebook page two separate times with questions and both times their responses were prompt and thorough. The online booking system on the website made it easy for me to schedule the appointment when it was convenient for me, and I received a confirmation email the following day (which I gathered to be from an actual human instead of an automated response). I wanted trying on wedding dresses to be a fun and special day for me and my group of girls and One Love One Dream definitely exceeded my expectations. We had our own private room with chairs and snacks and a consultant working with us exclusively which made me feel important and that they value my business. The shop is beautiful, clean and organized. Our consultant Amanda was friendly and knowledgeable - she was so helpful through the whole process, answering questions, making suggestions, and having fun with us. They provided champagne when I said "yes" to the dress and let us have our own little celebration, I was never rushed out of the store or to the cash. In all the excitement, I left my wallet in the store and I didn't even know it, and they gave me a call to let me know they found it and that it would be waiting there safe and sound for me whenever I could come get it. I bought a sale dress off the rack that requires a couple of small repairs and I received a follow up email to assure me that it is being taken care of for me! We could not have asked for a better experience. It is so great to have such a big part of the wedding planning taken care of - and to have had a totally painless, stress-free experience.
