A few weeks ago I rented a car in Flagstaff. Two days before I had to return it I discovered that the back of the car ( a brand new Infiniti QX60) was completely covered with what appeared to be white spray paint specks. (No idea how that happened.) I was very afraid that if I returned it as is I would be hit up with a major claim for damage. So at 8:00 a.m. I quickly sought out a car detailing place that might be able to help. I found Inspector's Auto Appearance!! I spoke with Alan and he said come over and they would see what they could do. I immediately drove over and met with Alan. He tried some paint remover and said to me he thought they could do it and yes, they could do it that day. So I left the car. I returned at 4:00 p.m. and lo and behold - the car looked spectacular. Not only was the car devoid of all white paint specks (which had covered the rear hatch, rear window, rear license plate, etc.), the car looked like it had been washed and waxed and had just come off the showroom floor. Alan and his crew (Scott, I believe) did the most incredible job. I could not (and can not) thank Alan enough for what he accomplished. If I lived in Flagstaff I would be a regular customer. (P.S. While traveling to Colorado we had trouble with our windshield wipers when it started to rain just as we got to Flagstaff. Stopped in at Inspector's auto and after hearing our plight the owner went right into the shop and got a tech to help us. After a short time it was discovered that the wipers had been put back on wrong following a windshield replacement the day before in Surprise. 20 minutes later we were on our way to enjoy our vacation in Colorado. This was the first time I've ever had a car professionally detailed, and it's SUCH a difference. Inspector's got me in the day after I called for an appointment and did such an amazing job with my car. I got the interior detail package, and to my surprise, that even came with a car wash which saved me a trip to the wash to get all the road salt off my car. I just had my front windshield replaced due to Sedona rocks..I had been trying for two weeks to get a replacement in Sedona and it was sooo hard for it to 'go' with another situation... Jesse and everyone at Inspector's do a fantastic job. I called in to get my car detailed in the morning, and they were able to fit me in in the afternoon. I have two very large, very hairy dogs that ride in my backseat often. To my amazement, they were able to get every single strand of dog hair. My car looks brand new again! read more
