Thank you to Soto Brothers. My husband was traveling from California to Texas towing our jet ski. We had our trailer tires replaced the morning before he left CA. While traveling in Arizona at 8pm, he noticed grease leaking from one of the trailer tires. My husband called and they were able to help troubleshoot over the phone to check a few things and make sure it was safe for him to travel to their location in the morning. Sadly, we cannot recommend Soto Brothers Tires. The new tires this business sold my daughter were dangerously BALD within LESS THAN 4000 miles and in less than six months! I was stunned when she showed them to me while she came to visit us on a college break. We called Soto Brothers to let them know about our SAFETY CONCERNS, dissatisfaction and request for appropriate resolution. We were met with blame shifting and the representative and the owner wouldn't accept responsibility for the poor quality tires they had sold us. What began as a concern for and desire to remedy our daughter's vehicle safety became a poor service and products from this business to this WARNING others about Soto Brothers Tires. While we support small businesses, I am remorseful I sent my young adult daughter here for her tire needs and DO NOT RECOMMEND their goods or services. Background: When my daughter told us she needed new tires we sent her to Soto brothers as we saw the positive reviews. As a college student, she went for two new tires and they told her that she needed four new tires so we trusted getting four new tires for her. I talked with the business representatives over the phone to make sure her car was good and safe and clarified if any other attention was needed. They are now stating a realignment was needed for my daughter's vehicle - however, that absolutely should have been discussed with me at the time of purchase especially as this is a service they provide. Now they are solely blaming the alignment on the car for the bald tires. Please see the unsafe and unsuitable tires for yourself. We GOT A SECOND OPPINION on the alignment from a another business and they stated that the alignment needed only a minor adjustment and that that the tires we had purchased should have gotten significant use before showing signs of wear. Because Soto Brothers was unwilling to replace or discount these unsafe tires, I had to make my best judgement and have my daughter's tires replaced at a different tire shop. Save yourself the risk and headache of dealing with this place and begin somewhere else. I had to pay twice for tires because of this place. I had to get second opinions on everything they said only to find what they said was false. My wife and I feel concerned that other college students, young women and/or families could be at risk or taken advantage of here. read more

We were stuck in the middle of nowhere at night time on the I-17 near flagstaff. We left a phone message and he called back right away after business hours. He had the tires we needed. We dropped our trailer and took our truck to their shop. He fixed our tires at a reduced fee because he felt sorry for us. Then we drove back to our RV put the tires on. They were perfect. My family took a road trip to Arizona to see the Grand Canyon. After noticing a tire losing air, I stopped at Soto's to be sure I didn't have any issues. They discovered a cracked rim that couldn't be fixed. They were able to supply me with a used set of wheels with the correct bolt pattern and wheel size to match my oversized wheels. They switched my tires over, mounted and balanced them and got us back on the road in 2 hours. Sometimes life gives you unexpected events. It's been a long time since I have written a review, but I feel compelled to write this one. I was stuck for two days at Mather Campground due to a flat tire that we couldn't change ourselves. The key for our locking lug nuts was not in our vehicle, and no one but the dealer in Flagstaff had the key. So, we ordered a tow through AAA. Two days later, they finally showed up and started towing our car to the dealer. Along the way, I found out the dealer didn't have our tires due to the tire shortage. Luckily, a helpful employee at O'Reilly told us about Soto Tires. We re-routed the tow truck driver on Labor Day to Soto. It arrived an hour before close. Now, Soto didn't have my tire in stock, either. However, they removed my lug nut, changed my spare and checked the pressure in my other three tires. They did this for a price lower than I felt comfortable paying... but they would not accept more money! They were fast, helpful and affordable. It was very welcomed since I will be paying for new tires once they come in on Thursday. They knew I was not from Flagstaff. They knew I wouldn't be coming back to them for my tires. We had stopped in Flagstaff while on our way to Indiana from California when our check engine light came on. Apparently most mechanics are closed on Saturdays, but we managed to find this place. We gave them a call and they were able to help us right away. We had gone to AutoZone to diagnose the check engine light and had an idea of what needed to be fixed (one inexpensive fix or one expensive fix) so we let the person who was helping us (I believe his name is Leo) know. He was very thorough, made the inexpensive fix and said the expensive fix was unnecessary. I really appreciated that he didn't try to make a bunch of unnecessary repairs, especially because our plates immediately gave us away as out-of-towners. Even better, he tightened the lug nuts on our tires. We were hauling a trailer and he also checked the lug nuts on those tires as well. It turns out that some were loose, so we were very grateful that he went the extra mile because it really could have meant bad news for us on such a long drive. This place does great work and the mechanics are honest and friendly. I can't recommend them enough and if I'm ever in Flagstaff again I definitely know where to go. Thank you!! read more

I chose to go here to get my brakes fixed based on all the good reviews. The receptionist was extremely helpful, she got me in quickly, my car was inspected and I was told I only needed my rear brakes replaced, when I thought all four were bad. I appreciated the honesty and my car was done within 2 hours. I noticed the emergency brake was much looser after the repairs but didn't think anything of it. Four days later I was parked on a hill and the emergency brake failed. I tried the brake pedal and it didn't stop my car either. I rolled to a stop at the bottom of the hill. I took my car back to Soto Brothers and they fixed the emergency brake but said nothing about why my regular brakes hadn't worked. No apology from them either. I had taken my car in to prevent exactly what happened: a catastrophic brake failure. Needless to say, I recommend you go somewhere else for car repairs. read more

Driving a turn around trip from Arizona to Colorado pulling a 3 axle trailer (that has been parked for awhile)... an hour into our trip we can't take the bouncing anymore our teeth are about to chip out Thinking we need the tires balanced, I go to my trusty Yelp to find a tire shop on our route that opens early(it's currently 6:30am) Soto Bros are the only ones that open at 7, I give them a call at 6:45 hoping someone will answer. I tell them the situation & they say "come on in we will take care of you" We arrive to a friendly greeting & 4 new tires (that we needed, they had bulges & bubbles) and back on the road in 30 mins!! Wow! We are so glad we stopped, could have been bad when coming back with a load. Price was more than reasonable & service was exceptional, I highly recommend. Hope at the front desk was so kind making sure my truck was taken care of and her little Santiago brought some great energy to the shop. Had mechanic Carlos work on my truck and he was fantastic. Would highly recommend this team, by far the best in town. These guys are great and are capable of much more general automotive work than tires. I needed some work done on my Tacoma that the dealership wanted to charge me significantly more. I called Soto Brothers and they gave me a reasonable quote and was able to get my truck in the following day. The quote they gave me is what they charged for a great reasonable price, no up sell or no added fees or unexpected charges. Very respectable and great friendly down to business environment. They went above and beyond fixing my truck and having it ready for pick up sooner than expected. When I brought it in at over 100,000 miles it was running rough and had a tire repair that a major tire chainstore said they couldn't fix and told me I had to buy a new one, well Carlos patched it up no problem and now my truck is up and running smooth as new. Best service hands down. I was in Flagstaff camping on Labor Day weekend. My jeep had a suspension failure on Saturday in the forest about 20 miles from the city. We were able to make a temporary repair to the jeep and drive it to town on Sunday Sept 2nd. I called various shops in Sedona and Flagstaff for help. None of the ones that answered wanted to help. I don't blame them. It's Sunday and a labor day weekend. My pal called Soto Brothers Tires and Rafael (Owner) picked up the phone. He was there doing after hour paperwork and picked up the phone anyway. He agreed to help me out. I took my jeep in and it took him a little over an hour to fix it. I couldn't have made it back home to Phoenix without his help. Charged me very reasonably too! This business is doing it right. Keep it up guys. read more
