They deserve five stars for customer service - everyone I spoke with to the front desk to the dentist were great. I give three stars for all the hard sale stuff built into the experience for an average of four stars. The office is clean, nicely furnished, and has all the latest and greatest dental high tech equipment. However, the cost seemed high - I am paying out of pocket with no insurance and it would have cost around $500 for an initial visit with full X-rays and a cleaning. I chose to go with a package which ended up being slightly cheaper and split up into monthly payments instead of all at once. I was happy with my cleaning results as they got a stain that had recently formed on my front tooth which I was happy about. Overall, great office but I'm undecided if I will stay long term because it seems a bit pricey. Anyone care to confirm if this is the average around here? read more

I can't say enough good things about the Inspira Dentistry team. Dr. Loller did an amazing job releasing my daughter's tongue and lip ties when she was an infant and gave us accurate follow up information and exercises to prevent re-attachment. We've now been seeing Dr. Sweet for my older son and completing the Healthy Start program for almost a year now. Another dentist (not at Inspira) told us he would grow out of his teeth grinding and shut me down when I asked about root causes. Dr. Sweet has been so thorough and patient with us and makes an immense effort to make sure my shy 3 year old feels comfortable with everything she does. She has also helped to address a cavity he has and offers hydroxyapatite as an alternative to fluoride for her dental care, which is a huge plus and something I could not find at other dental practices. In addition to Dr. Sweet, we have been seeing Rose for myofunctional therapy at their office. Rose's work with my son has truly been the biggest game changer for his treatment. He went from not even being able to use his Healthy Start appliance without gagging to now wearing it all night overnight plus 30 minutes a day. Her myo therapy exercises are fun, easy to complete, and engaging. We genuinely look forward to coming into the office for our appointments with Rose. She is a huge asset to the Inspira team. We love all of the wonderful front desk staff as well and their welcoming attitudes always help my son feel comfortable coming in for appointments. I posted a review a year ago and I'm providing an update. I came to this practice to ask about Botox for my clenching and grinding of teeth at night. I was asked if I snore and I do slightly so what was suggested was a mouthguard that would pull my lower jaw forward in front of my upper teeth. I tried this mouthguard for2-3 months and my bite was off. I went back in several times and was told this was only a temporary problem. I eventually decided to ditch the new mouthguard, get my money back.I am now a year later but my jaw has yet gone back to fully being in place as it was before. Update: I've been a patient here since I was 13 years old, when it was owned by Dr. Goldberg, and recently returned as an adult. So I've been coming to this office for almost 15 years. In fact, family members were longtime patients here, too. I've let the business know my full name and shared my complaint directly. ----- The dental work I've had done at this office (a filling and a crown) broke on a couple of occasions. Every time I'm here, the staff tries to aggressively and insistently upsell services, often not even checking insurance for estimates. I've also also been overcharged here multiple times. And most recently, I ended up walking out mid-cleaning in pain: the dental hygienist was very rough. She also informed me that my teeth were on the brink of falling out (not true) and insisted I sign up for a surgery and extra cleanings by using scare tactics (also a first). I don't trust this place either with my teeth or my finances and won't be coming back. read more

The office is nice, Noelle the masseuse is amazing, and the technicians are really great. I had been going to dr goldberg my whole life and ever since theyve changed to dr loller and the other new dentists, I've really not enjoyed my time here. The dentists are money hungry and try to make money on any little thing, making you feel insecure about yourself, in addition to being straight up rude. I'm already looking for new dentists, I strongly do not recommend this place if you want a dentist that cares about you and doesnt just want your money. Called and explained symptoms. Was recommended a CBCT scan and complete eval. After partial eval conversation quickly moved to ridiculously expensive orthodontic treatment plans. After second and third opinion I was told this work is not required. Afterwards asked about CBCT scan which should have been done as part of initial eval and was told I have to pay again. I am one of the few people in the world who actually enjoy going to the dentist, because Inspira is such a great practice and has such a wonderful group of people. I've been going here for like 10 years - since before Dr. Loller bought the practice from the previous owners. And I've been super impressed by everyone's passion for teeth! Beyond meeting the usual standards, they delve into new science and share it with their patients, and they always have some new gadget that either provides better care or makes the process faster or more comfortable.
