A spacious, super friendly, and entertaining place. I can't imagine anything extra to make this place better (may be bumper cars will make it a full fledge fun fair, but hey it's a dentistry). I swear in our days a pizza shop won't have that much of activities and fun! They have little toys dispensers, 5 computer games, a big fish tank etc, small library etc. I know it might sounds ridiculous but it's an ultimate day out for the kids ha ha! (I'm not that horrible, little bit less). The staff were well trained to deal with kids, very educational and have a very well structured bribing system lol. Every few minutes they give your child a sticker, toothbrush etc. So awesome! And here come the dentist (the scary guy) actually not anymore. He was absolutely nice, gentle and positive (not a bully, like most dentists). He communicated with us (the parent) and my daughter with the same information but in a very intelligent manner! The office is very clean and new. They use the top technology which allows for your appointment to go very smoothly and efficiently. They always take the time to explain your x-rays as you see them right in front of you on the TV. I have had many of the hygienists before but by far my favourite is Claudia! She is the sweetest lady and always takes her time whenever I go in for a cleaning. Highly recommend booking with her if you have the option!

They first booked me a cleaning with the hygienist in their Coquitlam location, and the hygienist was very pushy, trying to get me to get Invisalign. I had told the girl that I wasn't in a position to pay $500 a month to get something I didn't NEED. They had called me multiple times thereafter to ask about it. But that wasn't the issue. I visited Suterbrook to get some work done on my teeth. What should've been a 1-2 hour max session turned into 5 whole hours. The dentist was moving back and forth between me and other patients. This was NOT ok, especially since it was during COVID times. I got frustrated so I had asked him and the assistant multiple times to see how much longer I would have to wait, and was given an inaccurate estimate.. again. Would not recommend going here and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The endodentist I saw (Dr. Winestock, not sure which one) was efficient. Cons: No direct billing. I get it, they're specialists but it's almost 2020. Is it convenient for anyone to be out 5K and await reimbursement? Their fees are also 40% higher than what my extended health deems an appropriate fee in their guide. Again, I get it, swanky offices don't pay for themselves but I'm naught but a poor peasant. Nobody discloses this as you're paying. Finally, my personal experience sucked. After a root canal, I was not given a prescription for anti-inflammation or pain relief or antibiotics. I spent that night in tears. A prescription was hastily faxed the next morning and mistakes happen but this one cost me a day of work. Not coming back. There are other endodentists out there, thanks.

However, my treatment at Evergreen Endo went so well I have no complaints. I was referred for an infected tooth as a result of a botched root canal 10+ years ago. I saw Dr. Yael Winestock (his father Earl also works there) and it was the most painless dental experience of my life. Dr. Winestock was meticulous during the freezing process and I barely felt it. The dental assistant was professional and they both ensured I was comfortable the whole way. The office also has really state of the art equipment (they certainly don't have it at my regular dentist!) and a nice view as well. The treatment was in excess of the fee guides for my insurance, but not by too much (I had to pay about 15%). In the end I would say it was worth it for the quality treatment I received.
