Okay, so, in the greater Nashville, Franklin, Cool Springs area, Dr Frank Marghella may stick out…read morelike a sore thumb, with his Long Island accent which hasn't seemed to succumb to his years in the South, but he makes up for it with his knowledge of wellness, the aesthetic of the environment he has created, the chiropractic adjustments and pain relief he gives as well as his obvious passion to heal. When he named the practice Ideal Health and Wellness Center, I don't think he had a clue how true to himself he was being. Then again, that's what's likable about him as a doctor. He really doesn't even consider his awesomeness. Dude. He just exudes it!
Let me start by saying this review is YEARS overdue. It's time to give props where they are due! I should also say that the ex'act reason you may think I'm biased, is the exact reason why I am the least based at all, but also had caused me to give pause to reviewing him. I actually didn't want to write a review on him for the longest time.
I have extremely high standards for Chiropractic care, and I am a bit of a snob, not when it comes to advocating the profession itself, but with my own personal care. There are a select group of docs in my travels that I work with personally, and Dr Marghella is in the top 5-10 that I have seen in the last 3 decades. But it goes beyond the treatment.
What's my apparent bias? Well, it's the exact thing that kept me from writing this review for years. I can't say I haven't been asked to write one. Not as an insincere, biased, web-presence-booster, but after the praises I have given, in-person, after treatments. Admittedly, I have been putting it off so as to avoid any apparent conflict of interest. You see, I have a history with the Chiropractic profession and I work with Chiropractors and wellness professionals for a living. Dr Marghella has been a long-standing client of mine and I have been with him behind the scenes in helping him grow from a small, humble, start-up practice into the full-blown wellness center he has created out of his own design. I have worked with him since 2012 and hadn't even met him in person until almost 2 years later. So it's been a New York - Nashville, online relationship.
Of course, when I went down for the first time to visit his practice, I had him treat me. I immediately added him to my repertoire of docs across the country who are my go-to for treatment. I have experienced multiple techniques and modalities of Chiropractic adjustments by various doctors over the years and I can tell you, Dr M has quite the technique. I have also seen him in action with patients and I can tell you, his passion is impressive.
I would recommend him for all the basic back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, herniated disc, headache and migraine cases, but especially for athletes who want to remain in top form or for recovery from sports injuries. Dr Marghella is a former athlete himself and has worked on both pro and amateur jocks, young and old. In fact, he is most passionate about working with athletes and fitness enthusiasts and now even works with patients to achieve weight loss, fat reduction and the like. Dude has such an impressive resume.
So, even if you think I'm biased, or, especially if you don't, I recommend not taking my word for it. Anyone can write a stellar review. As you can see he has many. But the experience is personal and must be kept that way. In other words, I suggest you experience Dr Marghella for yourself. And, when you go, you will get to talk to him.
I don't suggest you ever undergo or "try" Chiropractic treatment on your own. No one can possibly recommend this or any other physical therapy, massage, even stretching or exercise, without first getting to the root cause of what is happening. And that's what I suggest you check out. Go in and see Dr M and, first, ask him to look you over. Talk to him directly and decide for yourself if what he tells you is true or if he's just a big yankee, New York bag of wind. It's really up to you to decide.
I advocate Chiropracty for a living and this is the same advice I give everyone I talk to. Start with diagnostic, get the skinny on what's causing it, hear the recommendations and, before accepting any treatment, decide for yourself if what you're being told is true. You'll be surprised what you'll find out about yourself in the process.
In multitude of Chiropractors I know, I can tell you, Dr Marghella may be a little bit of a bag of wind about fantasy sports, but, when it comes to wellness, Chiropractic care and working with the body's innate ability to heal itself, he's the real deal. Every treatment I have received from him has been the epitome of the name Ideal Health and Wellness Center and a home run in any ballpark.
Sorry it took so long to write it!
