Separate room for pedicures with a waterfall wall, dimmer lighting, and about 10 chairs. Very nice atmosphere. They definitely push the gel - and actually don't do regular manicures, at all, because they're so easily messed up. (That's what my technician told me.) I'm from CA, visiting the area, so I don't know if it's normal here, but nothing for my 'manicure' seemed clean or sanitary. It all just appeared out of a drawer in the desk. She told me they don't do regular manicures while cutting and dremeling my nails; so I got my nails filed and shaped, this very weird lotion rub into my hands (I wouldn't call it a massage) and then a clear coat on top. I can actually still see some dirt under my fingers. There was also another lady arguing about her pedicure and what she told the front desk, how she liked them shaped, etc. We'll come back for pedicures, but some communication definitely missing. read more

I am someone who does not prefer to chat during my nail appointments, and I have always felt welcome to do my own thing here (Ryan and Andy are my go-to's). My nails always turn out great, and they will ask you or feedback after shaping, etc. Good value as far as salon prices go. Lots of color options, including chrome and cat eye (no "regular" polish though, gel/dip/acrylic only for fingernails). Pretty standard "nail salon" vibe and expect a language barrier, but that has never affected my experience. read more

I'm sad to leave this review, as service was great and my nail tech was very talented. However, the quality of my acrylic nail set was AWFUL. I am writing this review with 9/10 nails fallen off after only FIVE DAYS! That is ridiculous for an acrylic set I paid $80 for (not including tip). Additionally, the tech added a chrome/magnetic layer to the top of my nails. It looked great, but was an additional $10 I did not agree upon + I was there for two full hours. It's hard for me to sit still that long. I justified it with how great my nails ended up looking, however, now I'm just annoyed, disappointed, and $100 poorer. read more

I got the Herbal Spirit pedicure because of came with paraffin. They do have a room for pedicures but it's not as peaceful as they make it out to seem because the workers are in there talking amongst themselves. The pedicure itself was ok. The young lady who did mine didn't seem to pay close attention and didn't chat with me. Had to tell her my feet were still wet as she was trying to put on my sandals. They also charge .99 cents for credit card transactions. I won't be back. read more

I came in for a pedicure and Eric has done an amazing job creating a relaxing environment. The staff was so friendly! The pedicure area is separated by a wall from the nail stations with calming music and low lights, perfect if you want to take a quick snooze while you get pampered. The pedicure was fabulous; my coworkers were giving me compliments the next day! I decided to walk in a couple days later for an acrylic take-off and quick manicure since they were going to close on an hour but Eric, the owner, insisted I get whatever I wanted. I'm extremely nervous about trying a new place but I've finally found my go to salon! I picked one of the designs from their google photos and Eric executed them perfectly, plus he got me out of there in an hour and 10mins. I had a horrible experience here. I asked for builder gel on my natural nail with no length or extensions. The nails were extremely thick, lopsided, and unnatural looking. The technician added length anyway and also tried to put chrome on without asking me. This was the worst set of nails I've ever received. The set was 65 dollars, which wouldn't have been an issue if the nails didn't look and feel absolutely horrendous. I would not recommend coming here ever under any circumstance. read more

I am admittedly very picky (particularly with shape and symmetry), and I couldn't be happier with the work that Tony did today. He was professional, pleasant, and paid VERY close attention to detail! The atmosphere is nice- simple decor, clean, bright vibe. However, the customer service is excellent. I was offered a beverage by another employee. I also witnessed a lady smudge her pedicure, and the staff was very kind to her, helped her get her set up so it wouldn't happen again, and fixed it promptly. I have classically gotten gel builder on my nails in VA. As I've move around the country it's been very difficult to find salons that offer gel builder, not just gel polish. Inspire does have gel builder! I have had a great experience with Andy - for reference I like long nails in either a skinny coffin shape or a pointed almond, and he's done great. I got my first pedicure and I've never been to a place where the ambiance is like theirs. It's in a separate space with sounds of water and harp and soft lighting, it's a nice experience! There are closer salons to me but I drive 45 minutes round trip and it's worth it. read more

" Eric" did my nails I'm pretty sure that's not his name though because when I walked in everyone thought it was funny and laughed amongst themselves at me. Which was an uneasy feeling since this a new shop I was visiting. It would've been nice for reassurance because it felt like the joke was on me and I didn't like that. My nails are neat and it was quick. He did drill a little over skin and quickly corrected himself. I got what I asked for and it was fast. I've been going to their southside location for a couple years now. I always have a good experience there so I decided to go to their new location on lunch and get my nails done for a wedding I have this weekend. Kayla always does an amazing job, my mom and I both request her or Eric. If you want your nails done at a reasonable price I highly recommend.
