Anyways, literally everyone I've encountered has been so friendly and warm, I love going there (and honestly doesn't seem like forced professional kindness, they are just genuinely friendly ppl)! Megan is absolutely fantastic! She did a great job waxing my teenager's eyebrows and shaped them exactly the way she had hoped. It was easy to book an appointment online, and I felt like the price was reasonable as well. The decor in the salon is modern in the lobby and then sort of cool retro Victorian vibes on the left side. I relocated back to Indy during the pandemic from the west coast and immediately had to find a body studio. I was seeking a studio that could provide the services I was used to on the west cost all in one shop and found only ONE shop in the city that could provide them -- Heather Brown Face and Body Studio. Since Summer 2020 I've been a customer and have received wonderful services, especially with Hannah, including several different kinds of facials with dermaplaning, 24K Cookie, and Badass Bum Bum with microneedling. The *only* recommendation is to add a few more services (I've recommended them all to Hannah already haha) AND have Hannah be in downtown (*stares longingly at Hannah*) since she is only at the Fishers location. I'd definitely recommend their services to anyone (beginner to advanced) who's looking for a new location to get body services! I went in for the first time today and had the oxygen facial. She was very nice but the facial that was supposed to be one hour lasted 45 minutes. She seemed very rushed at the end and overall it was just not a good experience. When I checked out at the front desk, I brought up my concerns and she put a $15 credit on my account to remedy the situation. I feel like instead of a credit, money should have been taken off my current service. I understand bad service encounters happen but I don't feel like the solution should be a $15 credit for future use. read more

I had a dermaplane + hydro jelly + LED bc facial the other day with Stacy and it was just what I needed after an insanely unpredictable week (lol). This place is my favorite recommendation for your spa experience! I have been for a complete facial and dermaplane. If you can believe it, it was my first facial and it was to die for! At one point they put this thick gel all over your face (including your eyes, which seems scary but it's not) and then it hardens a little and they peel the whole thing off in one piece. You must book with Ellie!!!! She was amazing!!!! Had the special for the month, oxygen facial. Ellie elevates the experience by the additional pampering! Arms, hands, neck and head massage! It felt amazing!!! Loved that I could feel the oxygen mask working on my facial. She also added lavender to the hot towels which was even more relaxing. Booked my next appointment before I left!!! Now my friend also had the same facial but her experience was not as relaxing as mine. I'm honestly upset that I spent over $70 to leave with scratches over my eyebrows. I've had eyebrows laminated previously and this has never happened. You can clearly see where it left scratch marks from the tools and scratches have worsened over the last day. Better hope they don't scar over. read more

I have been lax in COVID times and was looking for some eyebrow clean up. I mean it basically is the only part of your face you can see in Mask Times, so I needed to lock it up. I intended to just book a wax, but the first time brow was recommended for ~$10 more since I hadn't been. Literally no different than any other general eyebrow was I've ever had so I wish I wouldn't have sprung for the "first time." Also, there was no mention of that or questioning about it. She just said, "You want them cleaned up?" Perfectly lovely and conversational though. I also was lured in by an eyelash tint because again - I'm trying to jazz up my eyes here. There were no questions about my coloring or anything like that when booking. The esthetician told me after she used a "blue black" since I have dark hair anyway so it would stand out. I literally can't even tell I had anything done. I'm assuming this is much more helpful if you are fairer haired, but buyer beware, I suppose. Everyone was courteous, and it's a cute boutique. Seems like other people have been very pleased, but I felt like I dropped $50 on what I can get done for $8 while I'm getting my mani. read more

This location is amazing! I can't speak for the one in downtown Indianapolis, but this one...I'll rave about. I decided I wanted a facial the night before my appointment and to my surprise they had availability the next evening. I went in, I was greeted and the receptionist took my temperature! Everyone was wearing masks and I no sooner sat down before being called back! The facial itself was AMAZING. I've never fallen asleep during a facial but I dozed off during this one. From the reviews it seems that your esthetician makes or breaks this place. Not sure, but I was hoping for more from this spa. I went for a facial. It was a Sunday and not busy at all. I have been to 4-5 different places in Indy and was expecting the same pampering I've received before. Not the case at this place. If you are used to massage and a comfortable environment this isn't quite the place for you. 1. She never introduced herself. I still don't know her name. 2. Table was cold and no knee bolster. I have a herniated disc and this seems to be a basic spa item. By 40 min I was uncomfortable. 3. No eye covers to mask the bright lights. 45 minutes of bright lights blaring in my eyes. 4. No massage. I understand that this service doesn't necessarily include one, but every single other facial I've had at least does a hand massage. 5. Zero explanation about her plan for treatment. Zero. Despite me telling her I've never had dermaplane before. The actual facial was fine. Basic and fine. But for me it's everything else (the little things listed above) that make me return. Quick edit: I understand if one or 2 of these things are due to Covid. But I doubt it. Or an explanation would have been ok. read more

I see Sara at the Carmel location and always enjoy my experience. I've been to several spas around the area and often feel like I don't get a lot of bang for my buck - but not here! With my facial I get not only the dermaplane but a customized regimen with each visit. One month the lash lift was on special so I tried it and was very pleased with my results - it's the best natural look I've found without all of the maintenance of extensions. Mostly I appreciate the honesty and understanding of the staff to not push products or services but to simply make recommendations. So happy I finally found a quality go to place for all my beauty and self care needs! It's super cute and clean inside. The girls are very welcoming and friendly, especially my esthetician Claire. I've been struggling with some pregnancy hormonal breakouts and just needed a full pampering session for a healthy, clean & fresh glow and that's exactly what I got. I did the Deluxe Custom Facial with Hydration Plus Premium Mask and it was amazing! It was my first time getting a dermaplane, but I loved it and my skin felt like a baby's bum afterwards. Claire walked me through every step and was not only very professional, but so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. All the products used smelled so good and my skin looked like a glazed donut when I walked out lol. She gave me her number in case I ever had any questions and wrote down some tips and things to try or do afterwards. She even gave me some restaurants suggestions since I moved from out of state last year and still getting familiar with the area. So I'm super OCD about my brows and face, and let me tell you, I found my new favorite place. I got my brows done today with Annie and this has hands down been my best experience! Not only does she have a great personality, but she also genuinely cares about her work and puts in extra time and effort to make sure your brows look amazing. I've been trying to thicken/grow out my brows for the past six months after some poor brow jobs, so I was at first hesitant to try someplace new. She gave me stellar brow arches and just cleaned up my brows. Honestly... my brows have never looked so good. She gave me recommendations for brow products to use and tips to stimulate new brow growth. She reaffirmed my decision in wanting thicker brows saying that they compliment my face, and that was the positivity I needed today. I absolutely recommend this salon and especially Annie! I just had my eye brows waxed. They did an amazing job and on short notice. I called at 11:00am and they were able to get me in at 12:30pm same day. I forget the name of the woman that waxed my eye brows but she was nice. The entire staff was friendly and the interior of the building has a cute aesthetic. The best! I've been coming here for about 2 years, and I haven't been anywhere else since. I completely rely on these girls for my brow waxes and facials (I've had the express with dermaplaning, the full one hour, and chemical peel). I've been to several service providers and would literally recommend them all. I get hormonal/stress-related acne and they help me every time. Decided to get a special Hydrojellyplane 1 hour long facial that they only have at the Fishers location. My aesthetician Ellie was amazing-she listened to my concerns and walked me through the entire facial, kept the environment quiet and only talked to me when she needed to ask a question or when she wanted to discuss something with me which was good because this is supposed to be a relaxing massage. She even threw in a head, hand, arm and shoulder massage while my mask was working. This was my first time getting dermaplaned and I feel like she did a very thorough job, my skin felt really clean and I had minimal breakouts due to friction as she made sure to really calm my skin down afterwards. She also did a few extractions which I appreciated. She was very thorough with discussing my skin concerns and made suggestions as to future facials-and I appreciated that she did not recommend the most expensive ones just for the sake of booking a client, but told me the ones that would actually be helpful for my skin. She also gave me a free sample of a mask she thought I could use. She was not pushy like a lot of people can be when trying to sell products. I have already booked another facial with her, this time an express facial for next month and I'm excited to continue working on my skin and getting dermaplaning done regularly. As far as the $150 Hydrojellyplane facial goes-I would recommend it if you have had a lot of recent breakouts or like me were just stressed out from recent travel etc because it is mainly a relaxing experience. If you're just looking for the bare bones of dermaplanning, extractions and face mask there are other options that I think might be more economical. There's definitely felt like a once a year kind of facial to splurge on and treat your skin. I took off a star is because their website can be a little bit confusing-I wasn't able to find certain things while booking they claim to offer under services, even when I sorted by the location. Additionally the staff at this location forgot to have me sign my consent forms prior to starting the facial, which was not a big deal for me but can be for other people specially when you are a new client. I am obsessed with this place! First of all the decor is fabulous, and has a homey feeling as soon as you walk in. I had my facial with Fallon. She did an amazing job and educated me on the steps I needed to take to clear up some problem areas I have on my face. My face felt so smooth for days after my appointment.
