I got a regular manicure and my friend got dip...Ivy was phenomenal but I had someone else and I was a bit disappointed with my manicure. It felt like because I only got a regular manicure that she didn't put much effort in. She told me I should get gel because regular polish will chip really quickly which shouldn't really be the case in my opinion. Also when I tipped, she turned around and put it in her bag right away and didn't really acknowledge me which kind of rubbed me the wrong way, but that's not a big deal. Overall - I really liked the salon as a whole and just think I had a mediocre experience. I actually would go back and ask for Ivy when I want gel or dip done. The salon was clean and had very nice, new comfy chairs. It's in a strip mall so parking was easy. It was fairly priced and they were very nice. My daughter and I came here to celebrate her birthday with pedicures. My pedicurist did mine very fast!! The lady next to her kept telling her she was going too fast. They were having a pretty good conversation as my daughter and I noticed it. My daughter's pedicurist kept saying 45 minutes! My lady said she knows that but she was done with everything. I felt uncomfortable. I think my lady was new because she skipped over things and didn't really push the cuticles back or clean under the nail or do much trimming with the nippers. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I know what should be done. I hate confrontation. read more

Went here on a friend's recommendation. I'm not a person who on a regular gets mani and pedis,but after the excellent service I received I will definitely be adding this to my pamper day. Lynn did a superb job with my pedicure. The foot and leg massage was relaxing and the nail color was popping. The young lady at the front desk was very personable and helpful with me and it being my first time and that was appreciated. I've been to A LOT of nail salons in the 10+ years that I've been regularly getting my nails professionally done, and I've had some TERRIBLE experiences. This experience stood out as one of the most pleasant I can remember. I went with a friend who was getting her first pedicure ever, and we literally said a prayer for a positive experience in the car before entering. We were greeted and told to pick out the color we wanted. The "regular" (versus gel) polishes were noticeably old and emptyish looking. Once we picked colors, we were directed to our pedicure chairs and given REALLY thorough pedis! The staff wore masks and there were shields in front of each pedicure chair which was reassuring. There is a menu of pedicures to pick from, which is a bonus. Our manicures were pretty standard, but thorough nonetheless. The polish on my toenails and fingernails is a little sloppy, but overall this was a good experience. read more

I've visited this salon multiple times and have always had exceptional service. I highly recommend scheduling an appointment, they do get busy. They have a large selection of colors to choose from which are displayed nicely. They also have mood polish, my favorite! I highly recommend a pedicure option 3 or above, treat yourself. I'm not sure how this place has 4 and 5 stars and is still in business. I've been coming here for years and I'd say in the last year it's really gone down hill. I notice a few years ago but I thought it was an off day or maybe someone new, but the last few times they rush through everything and I think the hygiene is horrible. a scam! I payed for the cheapest pedicure and thought it was only going to be $40. They up charged me $20 for a chrome color which was a basic gel color. I have been here several times and it only keeps getting worse. I just got this pedicure done by Mi, (fist time she does a pedicure on me) I always go with the basic one, this time I chose the "baby feet" one. ($5 dollars more than the basic, $40) There was absolutely no difference from the basic to this one, other than the price. From the beginning Mi, was just focus on clipping and filing. It was such a fast pedicure. I spent more time sitting under the fan for my toes to dry out (and they didn't even dry) than the actual pedicure. I understand I chose regular polish and as it is shown on the pic, one toe polish was ruined but in general it is a pretty bad pedicure. The pictures show it. It is not about being extremely picky, it's about a bad, mediocre service. I have previously experience bad customer service from one technician, this was resolved by the owner by not going to her and trying someone else which is Cindy, she's been ok. From then, full sets acrylics +gel and pedicures were "ok". After today I'm not giving this place another chance. read more

I had a great experience getting my nails done. They helped me pick out colors and I loved the end product. (Gel polish change) I even tipped extra well because I liked it so much. I leave for vacation and barely 24 hours later my nail chipped! I've done nothing, but sit in the car on the drive to our destination. It's unfortunate I won't be able to go back and get it fixed. I'm not happy!! Gel usually lasts 2-3 weeks for me. I'd even be happy with 1 week since this was for a special occasion, but 1 day!? read more

Very disappointed. Tony did my nails. He was nice but did not listen to what I wanted. My nails were cut way too short and I asked for almond shape...you can decide from the picture. He knew I was upset and did not offer any suggestions. I thought of stopping the whole manicure and changing to a full set since my real nails were cut so short but I really wanted another technician for that. I am not a hard to please customer. Just got a French manicure - dip "natural pink" by Chau La and she was AMAZING!!! My nails are super sensitive, and she was very careful (not a single cut on my cuticles!). Omg I'm obsessed, and this place is amazing at their speciality. Oh my gosh, y'all... Trang Luong did an absolute fantastic job on my dip French ombré nails!!! It is a Monday... so they're super slow. I was able to walk-in without an appoi Her attention to detail was perfect. She even did an example on an acrylic nail to make sure it was the color I wanted. I went with a more pink/white ombré and had her square my nails. She was very careful removing the awful dip job prior. The regular pedicure she did was also just as awesome! Spent $60 on the dip French ombré and $30 on the regular pedicure "Opi Bubble Bath" but it was SO worth the quality. 10/10 recommend. Will come back in the future! read more

I was put at the pedi bowl to relax until someone was avail. Eventually I asked for a drink as well. My pedi was by T, she was quiet but nice when spoken to. The lady who did my nails did not give her name. This location does not have a nail artist for designs. My nails are ok, I'm not a fan of the boxy look, I like a dainty square. The First Lady who did my pedicure did a very mediocre job. I sat next to a lady and I watched her pedicure and her technician did so much better than the one I had. She didn't do a good job removing the dead, dry skin (which my regular salon does so I know it can be done), the massage felt like a little kid was just rubbing me, and I had to tell her 3 times that the water was cold. Another lady came over to polish my nails and she fixed a lot of the mistakes, however the bottom of my feet look just as bad as they did when I came in. I hat a waste of $40. The lady convinced me to do a $40 pedicure that included callous removal in which she didn't even remove any calluses, so what was the point of paying extra money for a pedicure that looks like I could've done it at home. In fact I'm going to have to go home and fix it. I'm used to leaving with soft feet. My nails are good. Feet not so much. True disappointment. Highly disappointed. read more

My appointment was at 4pm, 25 min later im contemplating if I even want to get my nails done here. First of all I get here no one greets you, I checked in the kiosk but yet no one even has the courtesy to let you know they're running late. They just keep walking by and no one is of service. I finally get called to the booth just for her to say I booked a gel manicure, I replied no I specifically said a full set. Finally she realized that I was not her appointment. So I have to sit back down and now I'm waiting again. The nail tech next to her had already started on someone when they told him he had an appointment,who was the lady sitting next to me, so he makes the girl he started on get up half ways and go sit somewhere else. Meanwhile two ladies at the front are trying to figure out whose appointment goes to who. Now 35 min later the two 4:30 appointments have been started and I'm still waiting, yet my appointment was at 4pm, but the 4:30 felt seated before me. overall it was a pleasant experience. The person who did my nails did an AMAZING job with my nails, I mean look at the shape! I always get nervous because the shape is very hit or miss. It wasn't too expensive either for the protein powder. My boyfriend also got a pedicure and he said he enjoyed it very much, he got the "angel feet" and after that he swears to not get pedis elsewhere. The people in the salon were kind.
