I went in for a regular mani and pedi, got an upgraded pedi with a sugar scrub, mask and callus removal, it was $82 for both. No matter which pedi you get, callus removal is $7, and hair removal is $5 per toe, which I understood; but when I asked to just buff my nails instead of having them polished, the person in charge said that it would be an additional $5. That kind of deterred from the experience. Just an FYI.

The service was nice and the ambiance is just as nice customer service was impeccable I would recommend anybody to come here

I really loved the women who did my nails. I didn't catch her name but she was very careful with what she was doing. I gave five starts bc I am very particular about my dip nails. Most places I have been has been way too think. Highly recommend. I'll definitely be going back

    Sloppy French tips

The people were really nice and the man took his time shaping the nails but the final product came out sloppy. You can see the bubbles especially on the thumb. You can see the white of my natural nails on every nail

I am always happy with my services here. The employees are gentle and welcoming . They don't push you make a decision or oversell you in add on services . I favor Ellen and Tiffany. They know how to do the latest trends and make sure to gain the upmost clarity on what exactly you want before starting. Indulge in the experience!

Oasis Nail Spa is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE nail salon! Each and every nail technician is skilled and always leaves me feeling very satisfied with my nails. I've been going here exclusively for almost a year, and they've done everything from matching my pinterest nail dreams to contriving a perfect design for my tastes! They are super personable and work efficiently for their customers. I love Oasis!

The left is what my request was, the right is what I got. As you can see it's very accurate and cute

After getting fired from my job, I wanted to get my nails done and have some time to myself. The woman who did my nails was a super sweet woman and I loved her presence and her kindness did not go unappreciated. But on a technical level I feel a bit dissatisfied. For context for my review, I asked for a full set of acrylics with This specific design using two colors i picked out (Lime for the white, Darker green for the pink) and for my shape I asked for short almond nails. I went in with hopes of getting my nails to all look the same shape-wise so I didn't feel embarrassed by the awkward growth. Here was my experience: Pros: -My nails look like what I asked for and don't look rushed or sloppy -Overall the shape is exactly what I asked for and is the perfect length -The process was quick and I wasn't treated rude or unkindly Cons: -For a full set with a two color design, which before my tip was added was $66 in total, I was not given any treatment for my nails. No cuticle care, no massage, didn't even get the chance to wash the nail dust off of my hands before I left. I was given a quick oil brush treatment around my cuticles before I got up. That was it. I was hoping to relax and while my nails turned out fine, the overall experience was dull -My thumb nails are two different shapes. the right nail is sharper than the left. I didn't notice until the appointment was done or I would have asked for that to be fixed. But it didn't seem to be noticed by her or she didn't care -My nails are warped and not smooth. Some of my nails are well done, there is a smooth curve and they look great. But for a few of them, they are lumpy and warped to create waves in the nail. It's on both my pointer fingers, my left thumb, and my right pinky. It looks rushed and not well done. Overall, the staff was pleasant, the environment felt clean and safe, but the actual nail work was not satisfactory for the price. I am happy my design looks cute but I will most likely be looking for a different salon for my next fill.

Nailbed severly damaged in an accident. Nail fell off. Ann cleaned & debride the large toenail, better than a Podiatrist!

Biggest benefit was that they had a great ventilation system. I didn't get a headache from the chemical smells. Good manicure as well.

Located on Main Street in Carmel, this multi-story spa offers all types of skincare services and sells quality skincare lines in the lobby. I'd been in to pick up a few products before, but finally booked a facial last week. I called ahead to book my appointment. I wanted them to assess what my skin needed, so I gave them my budget and told them to do whatever they thought was best in that price range. My esthetician, Rose, was amazing and did a great job clearly explaining what she was doing. She answered all of my questions in a helpful way and I learned that she has 14+ years of experience. She said that this is her favorite place she's worked because everyone here is passionate about skin and they get all of the new gadgets. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). My face was super glowy after and my skin felt tight the following day. The products that she used were top of the line (IS Clinical, Babor, etc), so the price of the facial truly is worth the quality of product that they're giving you. I appreciated the custom facial and was surprised that the glow was instant. Highly recommend!

She's been in this studio for nine years and therefore has a lot of skincare knowledge. I showed up to my first appointment with a bag full of the products I use. Julie immediately commented that she wasn't thrilled with my moisturizer and that I could be doing better. I instantly knew I'd trust her based on that comment alone. I love someone who can tell me like it is. Cheers to improving. Julie's studio is tucked in the Carmel Office Suites off of Carmel Drive and Keystone. It's located behind the McDonald's on that corner and is a big building that serves as a beauty haven. There are about a hundred different little beauty studios within this building and it's a fun, girly spot to visit. Julie's studio is on the second floor and was spotless, fresh and beautiful. She has one facial studio and one microblading studio - both next to each other. She uses Skinceutical products (which if you're not familiar, are highly-recommended and effective products). I've heard the brand mentioned multiple times from all the celebrity estheticians I follow on Instagram and had been wanting to try them. Julie kept my facial simple by washing it, doing extractions, using a steam machine, using this awesome light tool that zaps bacteria on your face, this awesome gel moisturizer that she said would hydrate my skin much better than my current moisturizer, retinol she had recommended for me (it was an evening appointment so she got my face "ready for bed" - yay!), and more. She also sent me home with a few Skinceutical samples that I'm excited to try. Super excited to go back and use the new products she's recommended for me. If you've never gotten a facial before, I HIGHLY recommend going at least once, because the products you might be using in your daily life could be worsening your skin without you realizing it. When you go, you'll at least know which products will keep longevity in your skin and you can't put a price on that targeted advice, specific and personalized to your skin type.

The tipping system was odd because it was on a separate iPad. Other than that though I highly recommend this location because it was great! If I lived closer I'd consider getting a membership.

The booking process was easy, and the timing was convenient, especially since we had a babysitter and the salon was open on a holiday. The ambiance in the location was nice and clean. The front desk workers were nice and friendly. The tranquility room sounded fancy, but it was just a room with crystal light packs or tea. Maybe some ambient music or something a bit more tranquil would have been better. The advertisement promised a customized facial, but when I went in, she said she was doing just a basic facial since she didn't know my skin type. I assume that's the same as a custom facial, but it didn't sound as impressive. I'm okay with someone not going all out with strong products the first time. Overall, I had a very relaxing experience. The facial included a short shoulder massage, which was a nice touch. I had Marquita, who was very nice and professional. I'm happy I came and wish I could visit more often. Marquita recommended a customized facial for our next visit with an oxygen treatment. Afterward, the front desk staff come to talk to you. I was told about the membership program which would cost $75 (the monthly membership charge for a 60-minute basic facial) plus after some probing I learned that the recommended treatment was an additional $65. That surprised me because I had assumed that the basic facial was the standard treatment and the oxygen treatment was considered the "custom" part of it. That's not the case; they consider the oxygen treatment, peels, etc. an "advanced treatment," that would be used to make your regimen more effective. so the true charge goes up to $135 plus a 20% tip (off of the market value, which they will remind you that is higher than the member rate, and the calculations on the iPad are based on the non member rate.) They explained that I could save up credits and do one facial every other month without paying extra. That didn't sound super enticing. I assume you'd lose that $10 value? Another thing that threw me off was the convenience charge added to your tip unless you pay cash. It wasn't explained until I specifically asked about it. Again, definitely worth trying but just make sure to ask a lot of clarifying questions when they are explaining the membership.
