I kept hoping that once you were more established, you'd start showing some appreciation to your customers. But today was the last straw. My bowl wasn't even filled to the top. When I politely asked the employee for a bit more fruit, especially since there were only five blueberries in my bowl and plenty of room left, I was told that management has instructed staff to put no more than five blueberries in each bowl. They are not allowed to fill the bowls anymore. This is a lousy business practice, and it speaks volumes about how little you value your customers. There's a new açaí bowl establishment just miles away that offers BOGO days, a rewards program that actually counts, and bowls filled to the brim. You can keep your five blueberries. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

When someone finally came over, they handed me my drink without saying a single word or making eye contact. No hello, no thank you, nothing. My food came out the same way, just handed over with zero communication. What made it more noticeable was that it was not just one person. All three employees I could see looked frustrated or upset, and there was just a really tense, unhappy energy behind the counter. I completely understand bad days, I have worked in the service industry for 20 years, but as a customer it felt very unwelcoming, especially for a first visit. As for the food and drink, they were just okay. I had the French toast sandwich, which was a bit underwhelming, and the Iced Lavender Berry Matcha did not quite have the punch I was hoping for.
