Tori gave me an appointment convenient with my schedule. She is always friendly and makes me feel at ease. She cut my hair and made good suggestions for possibly coloring it but also suggested that I keep the color I have since my hair is in good shape. I'll miss her as were moving! First and last time ever coming here. I came in for a hair cut, just wanting an inch off, and I walked out with completely botched hair. When Abby was washing my hair she was super aggressive where it literally hurt. She was tugging on my hair when she was brushing it out after the wash. She cut my hair DRY. It was 100% noticeable she was in a hurry, and she was late to begin with. It was a completely waste of money. Luckily I was able to get my hair saved by my stylist! Ladies never cheat on your hair stylist, if they're busy just be patient to get schedule with them!! read more

I am so happy I tried this salon out. I have been driving 3 hours to have my hair done for the last couple of years. I know that sounds crazy, but if you would have seen some of the haircuts and highlights I've had you'd understand why! Anyway, my stylist informed me she is no longer able to do hair due to shoulder issues!! Eeeeek! My hair was looking awful and I knew I need to do something. I decided to pick up the phone and see if I could get in @Inspire. Tiffany was able to get me in that same day. I couldn't be happier with my cut and highlights. She did exactly what I wanted. If I could give a zero rating I would. Completely furious that I had an appointment scheduled - that when I called they said they were closed on Sunday but one lady would actually be working on Sunday. So we scheduled it. Then I showed today but the stylist did not! I had confirmed the air y via their text system 24 hrs prior. I just moved here so this would have been my first time at any salon in our area and to be stood up basically is infuriating. So not only did they allow the scheduling on an off day but they failed to show. This wasn't just a stylist issue cut the salon allowed this! I waited 10 min left a message of course that won't be returned for 2 days. And now I still don't have a cut and color. read more

Today was my first time in this salon/spa for a massage, I called multiple businesses to see if they had any openings and this place was the only one that could fit me in. My massage therapist was June and she was very friendly and wanted to make sure my massage was enjoyable her massage table wasn't like most I've been on it was soft and comfortable with nice sheets and she had a arm cradle that was convenient. Tiffany cuts and styles my hair. She actually has a private room within the salon which I personally love. It is quiet and relaxing while she consults, cuts, and styles my hair. She encouraged me to grow out my colored hair and let my natural hair color show. I was nervous at first because I am starting to be a member of the silver club but I am glad I listened to Tiffany.
