I have now had (3) waxing sessions there for (2) differences services with (2) different estheticians. I had a good experience each time. Chelsea did a great job waxing my eyebrows. The shaping was better than other places I have tried and she actually measured my brows/face to keep the ratios right. Wax was a little too hot on one strip during bikini wax but irritation was gone after a day. FYI be prepared to take your shoes off. I didn't know my first time when I went so I wore flip flops. I just don't like my bare feet on the wood floors so now I remember to wear socks. read more

Wish I could give it zero stars. Very unprofessional and customer service was terrible all around. Voiced my concern at the shop with Sabina and she went back to explain to the owner Chelsea something totally different that happened. Chelsea sends a very unprofessional email to me as well as my friend " However, I do not tolerate disrespect to my staff. They work very hard to ensure that every client gets the best service from start to finish. The client that was in the treatment room for her scheduled time was completely disrupted, and that is not okay with me. I think it is best for you to find a new wax salon. I went to see Chelsea for the Fizz Facial and it was amazing! My skin felt so smooth and rejuvenated. She put a mask on my face and then sprayed it with a copper spray which caused it to fizz, which felt so good. It's like a massage for your face. The atmosphere in Chelsea's Esthetic Boutique is one of a kind. Its a small area, which made me feel more comfortable than being in a huge salon or spa. There was music playing softly in the background, and I felt right at home. Chelsea definitely knows what she's doing, and will make you feel like a million bucks! I go to Chelsea any and all of my skin care services. The most recent was the oxygen injection, which left my skin literally glowing and plump right before a wedding I went to. She is also the only person I let near my eyebrows. She loves what she does and truly is amazing at it. She has done my peels, microderms, facials and brows and I cannot wait to try the rest of the services she has especially the FiSzz facial. She's the best!!! read more

The environment is relaxing and Chelsea makes you feel at ease. It's more personal than the big salons. I usually get the micro-dermabration and LED treatment and my skin feels refreshed and soft. I travel 25 minutes to get to her because it's worth it. Plus, she has such a variety of treatments and specials to meet almost everyone's needs. read more

Gonna be honest: I went here for my first Brazilian wax ever and I wasn't too impressed. I've been reading tons of stories of people getting their first Brazilian waxes and how their experience was, so I went here with high expectations. The place is ok. I wish the room that I was in was more private but I was lucky there was nobody else in the waiting room or they would have heard me complaining about the pain. The wax was very painful for me because I have very strong hair follicles so it really HURT, she never put pressure on the areas right after she ripped the hair. At the end of my wax I had a bunch of hairs left and she said that I didn't let it grow out enough. So I wish she would have said that at the beginning because it was a waste of money. Not only that but there were little areas she didn't try to get at all or just missed. She didn't give me any advice on after-wax care either. I do think she is very nice and the service is affordable. I don't think I would go here again. read more

When I walked into Chelsea's Esthetic Boutique I couldn't get over how cute it was! It's a small space but she makes excellent use of what she's got to work with. It's an extremely cozy atmosphere and Chelsea makes you feel right at home! The service I received was the FizZ facial and it felt Spectacular! The FizZ facial really does its job by exfoliating your skin to make it feel very clean and glowly. She really took her time and examined my skin which I loved. She also suggested what I should do for my daily skin care routine at home to continue to make my skin stay glowing. The services she offers are reasonable and you can tell she knows her stuff! I would most certainly recommend anyone going to see Chelsea for any skin care or waxing needs! read more

I went for an express facial, and it was wonderful. Chatting with Chelsea is like talking to a very dear galpal. My skin felt revived and the products she used were top-notch, especially the coconut cream. I encourage you to try her spa; it's wonderful to support a young female entrepreneur.
