Working with her during my home renovation was incredible - she had such a great way of envisioning our space and suggesting things that I never would have thought of on my own. Every idea she suggested was spot on, practical and very clever, and perfectly fit how we actually live. She came up with the idea of turning an inaccessible corner of our kitchen into a cozy pet food nook in the mudroom, which was a great use of what would otherwise be wasted space. She also suggested converting our old coat closet into a pantry when we expanded the kitchen, and it's been a game-changer. She encouraged me to rethink the original plans for stove and microwave placements, which was 100% the right call. All those considerations and smart suggestions have made such a huge difference in how our home feels and functions. There's a million boxes, kids are running everywhere, we still need to eat and a place to sleep......it's like being given a million puzzle pieces without the picture. I researched and looked into finding someone to help take this chaos and make it simple and smooth. I had a friend who highly recommend Milissa and LOVED everything about her company! So I reached out and was able to talk to her prior to the big move-in date. I was thoroughly impressed because after booking her she sent emails several days prior with tidbits and advice on how to mentally prepare for each room. I felt with that help as though we were taking those million puzzle pieces and now grouping them (edges, same color, etc) Though it seems small, it took this huge stressful event and made it seem manageable. She was extremely professional and when she came in that day she had my whole kitchen set up so it was functional and clean. If it wasn't for her, it would of easily taken several days (plus extra stress, screaming, crying and who else know!?!)
