"You Know you have to make 3x the rent right?" This type of attitude was discouraging and sickening but I was happy and proud to show that yes, a young African American family can afford to live here. My time here was amazing! The neighbors was friendly, the neighborhood was quiet, and it was nice to live in a dog friendly community. When we first moved in however, there were clothes in the dryer from the previous tenants, misc toys around the house (so I'm assuming they had a child) and the blinds in the master bedroom needed to be replaced. I don't feel like they did the best they can to clean out the apartment so that it can feel like a brand new home. Some of the granite was chipped, you have to struggle to close the laundry room door because the dryer was in the way, and the balcony needed to be repainted. I put all of these things down on my move in inspection sheet and they told me not to worry about it. I'll give you an update later on when I see if they try to charge me for anything I didn't do. The Maintenance crew were very friendly! They had to come in and change all of the sprinklers because of some issues with the paint job that was done but other than that, they are non invasive. Your home feels like YOUR home and you don't have to worry too much about them coming in multiple times a month for various reasons. There was one occasion however that I put in a request to fix one of the blinds in my living room and they told me I had to wait for the new shipment of that type of blinds to come in. I waited.....and waited....and waited! It took a month before I decided to call and get an update and come to find out, they had it all ready to go for a long time! They just forgot about me which was irritating but not a HUGE deal. Nobody's perfect. Thea and Melissa have been nothing but kind and caring! Very personable and very good at making me and my family feel special and welcomed. I couldn't ask for a better team! If I didn't want to aim higher and look for a house of my own I would definitely stay here! Everything is beautiful! The upkeep was a little slacked during winter but ever since it got warmer, everything is perfect 100% of the time! Overall I would recommend staying here

That should be illegal. I hope someone can give us a reason. We didn't even use the repair service much except the broken outlet and light ball. If you end contract early, they take 3 months of your rent away. Please rethink before you move here.
