What a cool concept! We came here for a birthday party that was supposed to be held in a park in June and then when the temp hit triple digits they pivoted to this space. We hadn't heard of it but it was SO FUN for our two year old, we made a mental note to remember it exists for the future. Imagine a cafe blended with a montessori school and you get this place. Part upscale fast casual restaurant, part play place. I especially loved how clean and contemporary everything felt. Only real negative was there was a shelf with random things on it that said they weren't to be played with which was odd to me, aside from that, it was great. I'll have to come by again to try out some of their food!

Owner is very sweet and friendly. My boys loved it there and they loves their pastries as well!

Only for families with babies and toddlers not for adults looking for a quiet coffee.

The only reason I gave this location a 4 was because when I first entered the play area it was a complete disaster.

What stood out to me here was just how it wasn't busy. I've gone to Urban Air several times and I tend to prefer it just a bit more because it feels bigger, and has more of an area for smaller kids, BUT Sky Zone did feel pretty clean for a kids area, and I loved how it wasn't busy. I was actually able to sit and chat with the other parents I was with and hear myself think. The snacks are limiting, but again it's a trampoline park so you're not here for the food. Overall I'd return - I think I'm more team Urban Air at the end of the day, but ultimately it's about where my kids want to go and this place is amongst some of the cleaner indoor play parks in the area.

This is probably the origin of the phrase, 'the kids are bouncing off the walls.' Found ourselves here for a birthday party on a particularly busy winter Sunday afternoon. We've been to other trampoline parks, but again, this one has that sort of extra unhinged energy. It's not quite as expansive as some. It's almost like a dog park for kids. You let them out to run wild for a bit, and hope they tire themselves out enough not to bug you at 8:30 that night. For some kids it's great. Mine like it well enough, but they'll never beg to come here. They like things a little more quiet and zen (they are my kids after all). But I see how it can be fun every so often. Definitely a place parents in the area will find via birthday party or winter boredom at some point.

Omg. We had such a great time…read more My first piece of advice is spring for the hour and a half. That first hour went by so fast because we were having so much fun. I appreciate that each room had MULTIPLE options for game play. On top of that, you have the chance to play as a team and to play individually. Come dressed comfortably and ready to burn some calories. We're planning on going back again here soon.

The game rooms are enjoyable. I appreciated the friendly and attentive staff, which made our experience top-notch. We would definitely return. However, I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. The staff should inform players that even if a room is occupied, they can scan their wristband and select their game to be placed in line. This would eliminate the next players eagerly waiting for the current players to finish their game to only have to keep waiting because they are hitting the green Replay button inside the room. 2. It would be helpful to clearly state that the doors open only when pulled closed and then pushed. Otherwise a push door indicates that we should push it. 3. If an adult must be present at the facility throughout the entire gaming experience for children aged 6 to 13, it would be beneficial to monitor this requirement. 4. And a lounge room with no refreshments for purchase?

Better than I thought it would be. I was expecting one of those insanely overstimulated,…read moreoverpacked, oversugared kid-energy kind of experiences but this was... pleasant? Dare I say, kind of fun? We went to a kids birthday party out this way, and when I say out this way, I mean it's a HAUL from where we are in the city. Try to keep track of the beige and uniform buildings as you go by, it feels like you're in an infinite loop of personality-less structures. Eventually the sameness will blend into more sameness, although this will have a sign for Urban Air and you've made it. It's almost a throwback to the Discovery Zone birthday parties of the 90's from the outside, and from the inside for that matter. It wasn't too busy when we were there on a Saturday morning, and my kids really had to soak it all in and get their nerves out to start. Once they found the smaller kids area of tunnels and ball pits, the ice broke and the fun flowed out. There's VR machines, bumper cars, trampolines, more intense trampolines, gymnastics style trampolines, and even some sort of fun sky swing thing that looks like it's for much older kids but isn't. Kind of hard to get bored in here if you're between 4-12, I'd imagine. On the birthday front, they had pizza, a private room, and someone dedicated to running the party who did a nice job. I won't be rushing back, but I will file this away for those late January/February days when the shine of winter is off and you're desperate to get the kids out of the house. Fun overall!

This one is clean, the folks working friendly and mostly helpful, and it doesn't stink like some others - I'm looking at you Kids Empire. For around $20 my five year old can run, jump, and get her wiggles out for HOURS. That's money well spent in my book. We recently had my daughter's birthday party here and I have to add that the team working did a wonderful job. The table was set up, plates, and waters provided, and it was an easy place to gather with her classmates. I've been recommending parties here ever since. The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is just because the restrooms could use some TLC. Get that fixed and this is a 5 star children's attraction for sure.
