Ok but you rang it up, didn't ask anyone so how's then did you know you didnt have two of the six things you have on the menu? We then ordered house coffee which she then began writing our name on plastic drink cups. When we told her, those are regular coffees right? She said no your ordered iced. My girlfriend said NO, I ordered coffee and I said, "I'll have a coffee too". I never said iced ether and she threw a fit. We said you know what, make it 2 Togo coffees. She gave my girlfriend that leaked the entire time and the bottom of the cup was saturated like it was going to fall apart anytime. She has no business being in a customer service role. Not sure what her issue was. Was it we weren't regulars? Because if so, as a small business-good luck growing your business catering only to your 20-30 regulars. They have various cup size options, I went with the 40 oz Large. If you go into the store, there are mini disposable cups for you to sample the tea - unlimited samples! I got 2 teas for me and my husband to share - blueberry green and rootbeer (!). They also have free fruit add in's - lemon, orange, lime and maraschino cherries. Cost for two large teas during their happy hour (2-4 pm) was $3.98. That's about 60 cents more per tea than quick trip, but you get more fun flavors and fruit add-in's. Great selection of sweet and un-sweetened options, and even some "secret menu" options. Sonic's happy hour for a large is $1.44, but fruit add-in's would be extra. I didn't try their coffee options, but nice to see those as well. Keep supporting our Gardner HTeaO!

My kids love it here. My oldest's favorite spot inside is the mini soccer field that is by the pink…read moreslide. There are claw games and air hockey that costs extra as well. Each person, parents included, are not allowed to wear shoes inside, but need their branded socks. I do like this for the germ factor, but if you aren't prepared (I was wearing flip flops), the extra sock charge is there. For pricing, it is expensive. For a couple hours, it's a lot, but the benefit there is that they allow you to leave and come back that same day, so if you are making a day out of it, it makes more sense. For working parents, I couldn't get a wifi signal, but I did see a few adults with laptops, so I'm guessing they used their phones for signal. If noise bothers you, this place isn't for you...it's LOUD. I'm used to kids playing and having fun, but the walls seem to bounce the sound more than normal. When kids went in the light room and screamed, it echoed through the entire place. As far as food, there are only snacks. They have a few drinks and snack items to purchase, but if you are looking for a meal, you will have to leave and come back. The employees were nice, but the amount of times I saw a kid get hurt or do things like bring a bike to the top level and try riding it, there didn't have anyone watching to make sure kids were being safe. I was on edge the majority if the time watching kids (not mine) that were on the verge of getting hurt or go back to their parent in tears. To me, this place is good if you are in their with your kiss and plan on spending a long time there...or special occasions.
