I set out seeking help for a hair catastrophe that needed a dire fix! (haha long story). Upon arrival, I was met with the salon owner, Casey. I gave her a quick run down of my predicament & she was able to fit me in. Despite feeling a bit stressed & defeated, her warmth, kindness & understanding put me at ease. Considering the shape of my hair, I wasn't sure I'd have even a decent outcome. However, as I told her, she was an absolute god send! Not only did she salvage majority of my locks, but it turned out beautiful! The final result was way better than expected & I was incredibly thrilled & relieved. I am beyond appreciative of her phenomenal skills & humility. She didn't have to, but Casey went the extra mile & surpassed it. Not only are her 'cuts' classic, but so is she. The entire salon gave off a wholesome & professional atmosphere. Definitely a class act establishment in my book. I had blonde highlights that were very grown out and wanted to dye over them back to my natural which is a warm medium brown. My hair came out pitch black with a red tone to it. The service took long and she kept stopping and left the dye sitting on my head for about 1 hour then came back and put more dye on my head and then left me sit??? My skin is very very sensitive and it was sitting on it to the point where my scalp was burning a bit. My hair was not rinsed well and it left a film like there was too much conditioner that was still on my hair and there was dye left on my shirt, my face, and my scalp and hairline. Then I was told to just use rubbing alcohol at home to get it off. And I heard my stylist talking very loudly about me in another room saying what I was asking for was not realistic and it was too hard and if it was taking to long for a simple color it's not her problem... Mind you she kept stopping and would not wash my hair out left a treatment I didn't ask for on my hair for 30 mins in between washing me out and when I called raising my concern it was brushed off and they would not give me a refund.
