I wasn't holding my breath, but to my surprise they were able to get me in that afternoon at 530PM. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted and felt very welcomed. I was taken to the back to the massage room where I undressed. I laid face down and the masseuse walked in the room shortly after. I booked a 90 minute massage. My masseuse made sure I was comfortable the entire time. He used a mix of hot stones, oils, chopping techniques, etc. There wasn't a single part of my body that didnt feel good afterwards. The 90 minute massage was $98 and I gave a 20% tip. My masseuse provided me with a bottle of water after the massage as well. I'm extremely happy with the massage and they have a new regular customer!

Sometimes she gets a little behind through no fault of her own (people are late for appointments, etc.), but I've never felt rushed or been given less than the 50 minutes I'm booked for. Since we booked the last time slot for a couples massage of the evening, we were not able to use the sauna or steam room afterward and our services felt extremely rushed by every single person we interacted with there. I noticed that the snacks and some additional amenities were put away about 90 minutes before they even closed. We only booked the last massage of the evening because that was just what was available and I don't recommend going at this time. They offer an option to visit the sauna/steam room the following morning for the first few hours of the day if you're the last appointment the night before, but they only tell you this when you get there. This was not helpful for me because I had something to do early the next day. I also took the time to fill out a form for my massage therapist and she never looked at it, she just told me to hand it to the cashier when I left. The masseuse did not ask me if I enjoyed the pressure of the massage nor asked for any feedback. It was more like a fancy rub down for around 45 minutes in a warm bed. The cost was too high for a rushed 45 minutes and marketed as a 60 minute luxurious experience. The woman who massaged my husband spoke to him more than my therapist did, and so he was happier with his massage. Both therapists seemed mentally checked out for the day as they started our massage late and were just going through the motions with their job/lacked going any extra mile whatsoever. We were getting married the next day lol. I guess that's what you get for including automatic gratuity on the couples massage. The room atmosphere was very nice for the couples massage, they included towels and sandals, but as a whole this was very disappointing and overpriced. Will not be going back!

They recommended a deep tissue and told me it would take AT LEAST six months for my back to get back to normal. A coworker of mine told me about Suzanne Fundalinski and once I scheduled my first appointment, I was upset I hadn't done it SOONER!!! Suzanne is a very warm person and she genuinely cares about my (and her clients') well being. Our first meeting, I told Suzanne about my problem areas and was surprised that she didn't recommend a deep tissue. Instead, she gave me a massage with a little bit of everything, deep tissue, and normal relaxation, and she told me I would be better in about a month. After my first massage, I noticed a difference INSTANTLY. She knows what she's doing, people!!! She also gave me a few exercises to do that help loosen up my muscles. If you want an EXCELLENT massage experience and a cure to your aches and pains, see Suzanne!!! The only downside was that the bottled water she would give me was not sealed, which kind of confused me. So, I guess, BYOW :)
