Car was nice and clean , Problem is this is the third time I've taken a vehicle in and have an SD card go missing from my dash cam. Three cards is no longer a coincidence, and zero help from management at insta. So make sure you remove your SD card from dash cam if you use this outlet. read more

Great experience with Insta Glass today! Needed a windshield replacement for our Jeep. Insta Glass gave us a Saturday morning appointment with a courtesy car. The courtesy car was super clean and we went out to breakfast at the Corner Nook (our favorite weekend spot). Back at 12 noon and our Jeep was all ready to go! We had an offer for interior shampoo and wiper blades and it was cleaned inside and out. That and a new windshield of laminated safety glass. All the ICBC paperwork is handled by Insta Glass. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND... Just had my windshield replaced on Thursday. I dropped off my Honda Civic Coupe at 7:30am and made the owner aware of the fact that I have the whole front end (full bumper, hood, fenders, pillars and a portion of the top of my roof) covered in 3M clear vinyl rock guard and to be careful when replacing the windshield as the 3M product is very expensive to have done. The 3M product was pain stakingly applied to completely cover the areas it was applied to, meaning, that it was wrapped around the edges of the body parts it was applied to for superior coverage and to prevent peeling on the body seams edges. When I picked up my car at 4:30pm after work I noticed that they had given it a quick wash and wiped down the interior which was a nice service, however the windshield was covered in dust and in the sunlight you could see streaks all over. Additionally, the dust has stuck to some residue from something left over on the windshield. I am VERY, VERY, particular about my car. Ever since I bought it a couple years ago it has been hand washed once a week by myself, so never the less to say that I know every square inch of it. I gave my car a wash on Saturday morning and noticed that there are two scratch like marks on the passenger side of my windshield which will not come off no matter how much I tried to clean it. Additionally, the 3M product on the passenger side pillar that runs along side the windshield to the roof has been cut the whole length of the application and therefore the whole pillar is no longer protected like it was when I brought my car in to have the windshield replaced. Nothing about this was mentioned to me when I picked up my car. Therefore, I feel that the owner wanted to cover up the fact that they ruined the 3M product in this area and had hoped that I would never notice what had happened. WRONG. I feel that this was a dishonest thing to do and i will be visiting the shop on Monday after work to see if Instaglass will make good on correcting the scratches on my windshield and also to reimburse me to have the 3M product replaced and made like it was when I brought my car in in good faith to have the windshield replaced. Based on this experience up to today, Sunday, I would not recommend this establishment and I will let everyone know exactly why. If Instaglass will follow through and correct the wrong-doings then I'd reconsider my evaluation of the service I have recently received. read more

I used their new Abbotsford location along Clearbrook Rd. Wow, I am so impressed! Called yesterday to book an appointment; they got me in first thing the next day and had the right windshield brought out from Vancouver...they took care of the insurance paperwork, provided a free (nice & clean) courtesy car, shampooed my carpets and detailed my car interior, gave me free brand new wiper blades, and then sent me on my way with a festive bag of chocolates. Seriously, best auto glass place ever! And on top of it, they were fast and polite. I highly recommend. read more

Hi everyone, so I had to sign in to get my front windshield replacement couldn't figure out where to go. Did some research and found these guys. After picking my wife's car up this morning, all I can say is wow! They did an amazing job. Especially with the complementary detail, shampoo, and washing over dirty car. (kids wrecked the inside of it). Looks almost brand new. We even got free wiper blades and a little bag of chocolates. Can't say enough about Insta Glass! The 'Big Name' glass stores should take a page out of Insta Glass's book! I called at 8:30 am and my van was in by noon. They provided a nice clean new Courtesy Car for my use. They didn't even ask me to sign anything to use the courtesy car as I have had to do in the past at other places. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. My vehicle was ready to go by 2 pm, and not only did they replace my windshield, but also washed my van, cleaned and shampooed the interior, and provided me a new set of wiper blades. To top it all off a nice gift of chocolates when I paid my bill. They handled my insurance claim, so all I had to do was sign and pay my deductible. Insta Glass has won my business! read more
