Miles was super easy to work with from the minute I booked him thru the party. He designed a cute backdrop based on the invite I sent him that my 14 year old approved right away (and she's a tough critic). He followed up a week/days before the event with their set up plans and who would be there from Hello Flashy. And he sent a link to all the photos the day after the party, which came out great. He used his own backdrop and also the backdrop provided by Bashy Bash who did an amazing job with the decor. I would definitely use them again based on the price and overall experience!

Horrible horrible DJ. I am sitting at an event right now. And nobody could understand as his speakers were absolutely horrible. And he was told but it was never fixed. He messed up three times on starting the wedding song for the bride and groom. That was horrible. The bride and groom really want everything to go perfectly so messing up on the wedding song was not acceptable. If this was my wedding I would have felt horrible. Of course we all had a great time so I'm not going to say that he ruined it but it could have gone way smoother than it did. The wedding itself was beautiful the people were incredible the food was most delicious and everybody had a great time.

My husband is Indian, so his parents/some of his groomsmen had some difficult to pronounce names, and Marco was great about making sure he was pronouncing them correctly! We went over it in our zoom call prior to the wedding, but on the day of he confirmed with the groomsmen themselves that he was saying it correctly before he announced them entering the reception. Marco was great at reading the crowd, and his assistant was definitely keeping the guests' energy up! I contacted Chicago Photo Booth Rental for a quote a month before the event I was planning. Ryan…read morewas very helpful at first and sent us a quote within a day. I responded saying we would be using his services and would send him the paperwork over the next day. Once I sent him the paperwork, he responded with a question about payment. After I responded to his question I didn't hear back from him. I sent the response on a Thursday so I thought maybe he was just busy and I would being hearing back on the latest Monday. Monday morning comes around, and I send him an email with an update on the paperwork because I need to get things moving for my event as it was 2 weeks away now. Again no response. Finally I had email him again the next day basically asking why he is ignoring my emails, and if he is not interested in our business he could at least respond so I can look elsewhere. Finally he responds with, and I quote, " I'm so sorry for late respond. I'm sorry but i have already fill the date with another client." I am so frustrated and disappointed in this response. Do not tell clients that you are available for booking and to have me send all the official paperwork for you to ignore it and find a different client. Very unprofessional of Ryan and would not recommend to anyone to use his service.

The booth itself and printer look great and not the standard plastic looking booths that are everywhere! The equipment took photos very quickly and fluidly, and the photos printed out very quickly too! Which is a luxury considering that most booths I've ever used were either super slow to print or took forever to begin another photo booth session. Overall a great service and people loved it at our wedding!
