I had a groupon and I tried to get an appointment for 5 months. The merchant never answered my calls so I began texting. She kept giving me dates that I could get an appointment and each time I confirmed, she responded that the appointment was already taken. After five months of this, she finally confirmed an appointment. I drove an hour and a half to get to her salon only to find it closed. She texted me 5 minutes before my appointment saying her daughter was sick and she is a single parent. She said she would have to reschedule. At this point, I gave up as my groupon was expiring. I will never return there. When I spoke to other merchants in her coop building, they said she is hardly ever there. I would not recommend her. I am in Austin, Texas. I had a great experience. Micah was responsive and appointment was set up in a timely manner. I completely changed my mind about what I wanted to get done and she was very patient and honest with her suggestions, as far as taking me out of spending money on a procedure she didn't think would provide the results I wanted and letting me know I didn't need as much of a filler as I thought. Every other practitioner I consulted with previously tried to get me to use twice as much. She addressed my concerns when I was unsure about how I looked the following day (swelling). A couple days later I get text message asking me what they could help me with (I included all the details in the voicemail). After two days of back and forth texting it's been almost a week since I've heard from them. I had my procedure done 2 weeks ago and 3 days. The first day I thought the lips would turn out great because they did look plum. As days went by, I notice one side of my lip seemed to be bigger then the other when I smile. Never had this insecuritie, till now because clearly is very visible. I have been calling her for a while to schedule an appointment to see if we can correct it, even send out a message, and a text.. NO ANSWER from her in anyway no text or email. Honestly she was great with giving the service and explaining to you, but the worst answering phone calls and concerns after a procedure is done. Correcting a mistake she did has been the most frustrating experience for me. Now, I have to get this lip filler disssolve to get a new one elsewhere. Waste of my money in this place, and I didn't use a Groupon I didn't even know there was one. I scheduled with her with many weeks in advance because I had planned on goin on vacation with my family and I choose to support local business and to have services done by her right before leaving. DAY OF APPOINTMENT she sends a TEXT message stating she can not make the appointment, she did state her child was sick which I totally understood I have babies of my own. Micha Said that they do not make money off the groupon and that I NEED to call them/Groupon for a refund, She WILL NOT HONOR the Sale/ Groupon. I purchased Botox through Groupon to use at this facility. It was an accidental purchase but Groupon wouldn't refund the purchase. I thought this was the universes way of making me do something for myself. I called and called week after week to make an appointment. I event left voicemails stating that this was time sensitive and that the Groupon expires. I was never able to get in touch with anyone. So my Groupon expired and I lost over $160. Vey upsetting that they don't have anyone to answer phones. Their email listed is incorrect also. read more

No response called numerous times, left voicemail , emailed, and even stopped by during business hours. There is also a wrong number and email on website. If you are closed or temporary closed you should leave communication on voicemail and consider not having a live Groupon deal. Poor customer service. read more

I had never gotten this particular service before and she talked me through each step of the process as she went. I saw Micah today for my first Microneedling facial. I was worried about going through with it after seeing some pictures on line. I then met Micah and she made me feel at ease about the whole thing. I purchased a mircoblading session. 30 minutes into the appointment Micah abruptly stopped the service, stating that I was bleeding too much for her to complete the service. I looked in the hand held mirror and saw no blood- only very pink skin, which is to be expected. I also did not see any blood on towels or tissues anywhere in the area. I was picking up the vibe that she was either uncomfortable with me or the service itself, so I went with what she was saying even though I saw no evidence that it was true. She claimed she would text me later that night with another appointment time to finish the service. She never did. I have texted her numerous times over the last week and she is not getting back to me. I owned a hair salon and was a 5 star stylist for 25 years- I know what client/professional relationships are like. I was nice, clean, we were having a pleasant professional conversation- I cannot figure out why she would not only end the service abruptly but also ghost a client, leaving her hanging WITH ONE SEMI-PERMANENT EYEBROW LONGER AND FULLER THAN THE OTHER!!!!! I suppose she thinks it is acceptable to do that to a person. Now I have to walk around looking like this until it either fades away in months or find a new esthetician to finish the job. I have demanded my money back from Living Social and I cannot state more loudly how unprofessional and bad this service was. read more
