Small one man shop and there was no dressing room to try on the pants.. He took my measurements and said he would alter the pants to the measurements. Made me kinda nervous . Picked up 2 pairs of pants 5 days later. No place to try them on. Ended up being A little snug in the waist but it all turned out just fine and the price was very reasonable.

I typically go to him for jeans because what's more perfect than a pair of jeans that fit like a glove, riI've also had a gown shorten. I was pleased with both types of services. I had a little trouble finding the suite the first visit. I associate the suite numbers with the floor level and assumed suite 110 was on the first floor. Upon arriving, if you enter the building from the entry facing Westheimer, he's up the stairs, quick right down the first corridor, and leaves his door open with a welcome mat. It's two quick rights if you walk out the 2nd floor from the elevator.

A long-time Houston family planted in Houston and have been in business for prob over forty years or so! Father and son business and I came to them to have some jewel appliqué embellished jeans hemmed because I'm a petite 5'1 girly and it's hard to find jeans that fit! I called them on Easter weekend and they were about to close shop early for the holiday weekend but I caught them right before closing and they agreed to stay open just long enough for me to get there and drop off the jeans. I arrived and Mr. Imparali (their dad) stayed after just to measure my hem and then the tune around time was quick! Just a few days later we picked up the jeans and they even expedited it for us. Excellent customer service, above and beyond, and precise, dependable work on the hem! I'd highly recommend them and use them in the future! Just the sweetest family honestly!

I tried it on with the same heels she provided and it was a big NO. She became angry at me when I told her it needed to be shorter and I wasn't happy. She fixed the skirt the next day. She then charged me 40$ for a skirt. And she didn't give me a receipt she told me to take a picture of it.
