They will not pay you for the clothes value that they ruined, only the service they charged. And just FYI they kept my clothes for almost a week to "fix" the issue. After trying to pick them up twice, I decided to just take them as they are and took the money back for the service. But now I need to see to fix the items myself or once again have to buy them. DON'T come here. The owners are rude and will not help when problems like this happen. Polo Tailors and Cleaners did a beautiful job removing the blood stains and steaming out the old seam lines, as well as ironing out wrinkles in the dress. Also, they charged me a reasonable price, less than I was quoted at other reputable spots. As soon as we were home from the Hill Country wedding, I came back to entrust the post-wedding cleaning to Hoa at Polo Tailors and Cleaners. The wedding day had been drizzly, and the hem and train of the dress were muddy. Hoa, who had helped me so well the first time, got out the mud stains. She also declined to charge me extra for the mud stains. I have not yet had a chance to use their services for alterations, but I was able to watch them measure another client who wanted to have a suit taken in. After her measurements I felt the length was going to be just about right without me bringing in my heels! Tell me why when I picked up the skirt it was still as long as i brought it in. I tried it on with the same heels she provided and it was a big NO. She became angry at me when I told her it needed to be shorter and I wasn't happy. She fixed the skirt the next day. She then charged me 40$ for a skirt. And she didn't give me a receipt she told me to take a picture of it.
