Great service. Notary was $15. There was a place for notary for $5 close by but the convenience of the place suited its purpose.

Oh my gosh, the fact that the two employees at a UPS store made SUCH a great impression on me that I immediately came to Yelp yo write a review should make a huge statement. The guys that were working when I came in to get a form notarized were SUCH a joy. They were friendly and helpful and funny and professional, and I genuinely enjoyed being in there - who says that about a visit to the UPS store?? Plus, I was in there for a little bit while we were getting a question answered about the notarizing, and it was so lovely to see how the employees were interacting with other customers who were coming in and out. It seemed like they had regulars who they knew and were familiar with, and there was so much friendly back-and-forth, it was really refreshing! I love this location for the customer service, fast service and a couple of 15 minute parking spots right in the front. Everyone that works here is super helpful. I usually bring in returns and sometimes more than one. They always help make sure I have picked the right option on Amazon for my return and that I have the correct items with the given QR code. I have also had documents notarized here and the process was efficient and I had everything I needed when I left. I can depend on this place for all of my shipping and notarization needs. read more

I use this UPS mainly for returns, but if I ever need to ship anything, I'm definitely coming to this location! Everyone who works here is extremely nice and helpful! I went on 10/30/25 on my lunch hour and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The place is always clean and organized. Travis helped me with the Amazon drop box when I accidentally mixed up some return labels. I just want to say that every time I come here I get the best service from the young men that work here. I know it's not always easy to deal with people who are doing Amazon returns. Sometimes our codes aren't working or sometimes you can't find the right one. The staff here are always so patient, never make me feel stupid for not being totally prepared as I think I am. I drive across town instead of going to the one closer to my house over off of Bernal because the customer service at this one is so much better and friendlier. They are so unprofessional about taking pictures for the US Passport, we went there to take pictures and they did it very unprofessionally and the soft version of the pictures is corrupted and not working, never coming again! read more

This review is mostly about the situation that I was in and how the employees didn't want to help me. Right before the holidays (Xmas) I needed to mail in my COVID tests via UPS pre labeled boxes, all we had to do was deposit the test and we're good and there was a UPS right up the street from where I was. So I head out to go to UPS at 2:55pm and get to the UPS about 3:02pm, they have a sign on the door that reads closed at 3pm due to the holidays, though when i checked online it said they were open till 7pm. I lightly knocked on the door and they ignored me, one of the guys saw me and I showed my boxes were already labeled and just need to be put in the bin, after about 5 minutes they come to the door and tell me they're closed. I try to explain the situation and the importance of the tests as well as the fact their website said they were open till 7pm and they slowly closed the door and locked it and walked away... in a frantic search for a UPS drop off location near another worker comes to the door and tells me that the distribution center in Walnut Creek is open... and walks away. In the end I get home around 4:45p and my inlaws are asking what happened. It was a frustrating day and in the end everything was fine because I was able to drop it off 10 miles up the road, but it was definitly an inconvenience and shows a flaw in the system between stores and online. Overall, of course if you have to go to UPS go here because it's convenient, but call ahead to check the hours and don't think that the manager will throw you a bone, maybe one of his CSR will, but you'll have to try and convince their softer sides. read more

I usually do not go to this branch, but I stopped there yesterday to drop off my Amazon return (and it was a big item return) since it was on the way as I was running an errand nearby. When I walked in, there wasn't a line or anyone else needing service, and there were two young staff members hanging behind the counter. I walked in lugging this big box to return and said that I was doing an Amazon return. I handed one of them the return label and before anything else was done, the staff member flat out to me that he only accepts the return if the box was taped or I have to pay them $5 to tape it because Amazon only states the UPS store just scans and drops the box. Considering there are half a dozen other UPS Stores around this one and some of them are often busier around this time, never have I ever been told this rudely that I have to tape the outer box or get charged. So I told them forget it and said that I only stopped at your location because it was on the way and I will go to my local one. So I lugged the package back to my car and went to the San Ramon UPS Store where despite they were busy with other customers, that store just said to drop the big package, give them the label to scan and they will pack up gratis. So just avoid this location and go to another. Considering other UPS Stores will go above and beyond to provide good service and convenience, these folks just don't want to and hey with other UPS Stores also competing, I will just give my experiences to them. read more

My grandmother and I had to go in for a notary. Long story short the company sent us the wrong forms. Everyone working there were so nice and helpful. They allowed me to call the company and printed the new documents I needed. Very grateful for all there help and patience! I wanted to be sure they got the acknowledgement they deserved. read more

The notary there was rude and obnoxious. Didn't seem like he cared about the job. Had an attitude and was unfriendly and not pleasant at all. I think I could also smell some weed on him. Not against it, but probably not the best idea to be doing it at work or have the smell on you that I can smell it from across the counter. Bad service. read more

I just went here to return my ATT equipment. I inly had it for a couple of months, so I packed it all up the way I received it from ATT. upon coming into the store and telling the male I had the att return, he replied with, "we don't take the boxes." We'll that's not my problem, UPS, a box store, can dispose of them the way they do all other boxes they received and dispose of. At this point, I'm not pleasant, and I'm not taking the boxes with me. He already scanned my account bar code, so I went to leave only to be told he wasn't done processing. I said you scanned the account upc, and you can finish without me. So he closes the box and kicks me out because I won't take the boxes that they can dispose of themselves. What's wrong with your employees' attitude??? If they dont like their jobs, dont work for a customer service position. This male is rude, has no customer service skills, is too busy on his phone to help his coworker or me, irritated he had to work instead of being on his phone!!!! The bottom line is that I have a problem with a company that makes the process difficult on their behalf. This is not the first time when having to return something that they have a problem with it, last time was an Amazon return, I put it in the box it was mailed to me in and attached the provided return lable only to be told they won't take it and I have to buy one of their boxes and rebox it for the return. I am aware how they scam charge their customers, so no way in hell will I do anything with this company anymore. I ended up going to the nearest FEDEX site and was able to pleasantly return my ATT equipment IN THE BOXES THEY CAME IN!!!!! I told her the experience I just had with this pos manager at UPS, too. I told her AFTER THE RETURN WAS COMPLETE. THEY LITERALLY DIDN'T EVEN QUESTION THE BOXES, SHE JUST PROCESSED AND GAVE ME MY RECEIPT!!!!! Call/email was sent to corporate as well. read more

They lost me as a customer. I paid up front for Two years 24 hour access key to my PO Box. But when they got broken into they said "you need a new key and pay $4 a month". And asked me, "do you know the difference between unethical and illegal?" Using a box I already have isn't even unethical. He just wanted me purchase one of his over priced boxes. also- his tape is overpriced. $6.99 for a super small roll that is $2.99 at other stores. Do not come to this location if you want your items missing!!!! JASMINE is the worst employee I've ever met in my life during any customer service exchange. They LOST my att return equipment so now att is trying to charge me. I went to the store to ask them to check their system and Jasmine claimed she was the manager and that there was nothing she could look up and everything was sent out. I asked to speak to her boss and she told me there's no one above her I can speak to. So I asked who pays her, she replied "my boss" OK so give me your bosses email! She proceeded to ask me to leave the store because she couldn't help me and gave me the email to a sales associate at her store, not her boss. I came in to do a live scan to provide care services and always greeted by a nice young gentlemen who knew exactly how to handle my live scan for a this particular company I'm employed with. He grabbed his boss bc I asked how much it cost to have the scan done. His boss was just as nice. He told me that since they have an account with my company I wouldn't have to pay anything. I reached out to my client to make sure the same account holder was the same one employing me, and it was! I was in and out with ease and I appreciated that they went above and beyond the minimal to provide such good service! Great place to handle your business.
