He was able to fit me my husband, mother in law, dog, and baby in the back of the truck and drove us to the nearest place we found to get our tire fixed but charged us way too much. Like a scene straight out of a movie, my car died as I rolled onto my street and stopped at the foot of my driveway; completely kaput. After fussing with my rig in the hot ass heat, I gave up and needed to get a tow in short order to the service station before they closed. Instant Towing returned my call super fast, dispatched a truck to my house in short order, and got my rig on the ramp even though I couldn't put it in neutral (car was locked and key was at service center). The tow driver was extremely professional, courteous, and sympathetic to my situation in needing to get the car to the service center before they closed. The other kept giving us the run around. And the last one showed up but instead of showing up with a tow bed (as we requested) they had a regular tow truck. Found myself in need of towing service after my daughter's car broke down one night. She was able to get her car pushed out of traffic and into the nearest parking area by a gas station. It wasn't in an actual designated parking spot so hubby felt we should get it towed to a shop before someone else decides to have it towed to an impound.
