I was very happy with the service I received from 1 Touch Towing. My car was not starting and I needed it towed to the nearest shop. It was around 8pm so I called all the remaining towing companies that were still open. 1 Touch had the most reasonable pricing, and luckily they were able to pick my car up under 1 hour of my initial phone call! Sad day. Granted, getting towed just means money, but finding the right company to take care of your baby while she's down can be a total mission. Here's the gamble. You need a tow. Someone that can do it right without creating more damage. Someone who can care for your vehicle like it was their vehicle. And someone who can do it in a timely manner. AAA is my roadside insurance and one look at the ride hieght of my baby, and she was turned down. Theres no way anyone can get that on a bed to get towed. So using good ol Yelp, I sent out a request. Not 5 minutes later, Mike sends out his quote, and 25 minutes later Sebastion shows up. I was expecting a 1 hour wait. +1 there. With all confidence and professionalism, he get SnowWhite on the bed with no problems, and importantly, not a scratch. I sit about 2.5 inches from the ground, and he was able to clear it just barely kissing the asphalt. See pictures. +2 points. He gets to my house and looks at the destination drop, says "We'll see what I can do" and like that, drops her in my garage with ease. Anyone with a low profile, AWD vehicle, and needs any kind of special hook up, get a hold of one touch. 1 Touch Towing is by far the best towing company I have ever dealt with. Landed back from vacation in 115 degree heat on a Sunday night and had a sidewall blowout a couple miles from home. Went through my credit card company originally, which quoted me a two-hour pickup from a competitor who I won't name. When the pickup was due, the competitor tried to push it back to the next morning; when I complained that was too long, they "accelerated" it to after midnight, i.e. a 5-hour wait from the first call. Tried to call a couple other places. Two hours wait minimum, and even then they couldn't guarantee it. Wised up and went to Yelp to read reviews. I called 1 Touch, and Mike gave me an estimated 30-minute pickup time. And he showed up EARLY. I've never had a towing company deliver well beyond their promised pick up time. He quickly loaded my SUV, smooth ride to my drop off point, & priced better than every competitor I spoke with as well. No one ever hopes they have to use a towing company, but if I do, 1Touch will be the first call. And I'll be recommending them to everyone I work with as well. read more

Wednesday July 18th 2018 1 PM I guess my thermostat went in the car and I was 12 minutes from our house. My boyfriend works at a quality auto part store and recommended we get a tow truck from 1 Touch towing. He called the tow truck for me said it'd be 35-40 minute wait, shop inside the grocery store and wait for the driver to call me. I was thrilled it was a flatbed truck. Cliff was so professional and a totally down to earth guy. He called me, picked me up and told me to wait in the A/C. I could tell he was a professional just by the way he was calm, cool and nailed chaining down the car properly. We watch a lot of tow truck shows and I know when I see a good driver. He mentioned he has an older car too so we're both car enthusiasts. My tow was reasonably priced compared to other companies! I was shocked when I heard the total. I grabbed Cliff a ice cold water and tipped him what I had. I wish I could of paid more. I can't thank these guys at 1 Touch towing enough for making it out to the west side of town in this summer heat with humidity. In response to Michael R. Yes, let's keep it honest, Michael. Do not conflate the issue with claims of "other damages" when we're talking about one thing: a broken headlight. I have video documentation from Lexus of Henderson that the headlight was not damaged when your driver picked up the vehicle. It took from Jan 28 to Feb 3 to get that report from Lexus. I have the kind of relationship with my mechanic that gives me 100% confidence in his word that the vehicle arrived at his shop with the broken headlight. So determining the source of the damage is not rocket science, Michael. Mike & Sherwood went above and beyond for me today. A feral cat had become stuck under my car hood at work, after jumping out from the hood of another car. Dee from Animal Control came & tried for a long time to get the cat out, but she couldn't reach the cat, and the cat just would not come out. She was called away to help Metro, so she suggested that AAA jack up the front of the car to make it easier to get the cat out, if it didn't come out by itself. Which it never did. However, Animal Control couldn't come back out when 1 Touch Towing was there. So Sherwood pulled my car out of the parking spot in neutral, and then raised the car up to try to get to the cat, even though he isn't Animal Control. It took him a long time to get to the cat, who was stuck up in an area that was really hard to reach. But Sherwood was persistent, and finally got the cat out. He was also graciously going to drive the cat to an animal hospital, but when he called Animal Control, they told him to let it go, because it's a feral cat. So Sherwood graciously drove the cat to another area, before letting it go. And even though Mike had to charge me, because Sherwood was there for so long, he gave me a discount. I've experienced tow companies that left me paying a lot of money for horrible service and being treated with rude attitudes. NOT the case with this company. I was stranded at my grocery store parking lot. I called one company and the guy was extremely condescending to me, so I kicked him to the curb. Luckily, the next one I called was "1 Touch Towing", and the man answered with such a warm and compassionate attitude. He was there in no time. His name is Michael, and his vehicles are all state of the art. He towed me into my garage because it was getting late. He charged me a fraction of what these other companies wanted to charge me. The next morning I used "1 Touch Towing" again to tow me to my dealership. His son Michael Jr came with a state of the art vehicle and just as nice as his dad. These people charged me $50.00 less than other companies.. Seriously so affordable and the absolute sweetest people. Truck broke down on a Saturday night, Outside temps 115, we started calling tow companies and everyone if they even answered said 3 hours. ( Somehow I missed calling this one) I ended up leaving my truck for the night and Sunday morning called 1 Touch Towing.
