She became blamed LivingSocial for the numbers and then in a snarky tone said "Well that's what I charge. Can I help you with anything else?" I cancelled my order immediately. It only covered 80%, but I used my Health Savings Account debit card for the rest. The dentist was very knowledgeable and talked me through it. It was surprisingly painless, but the local anesthesia does get in your mouth a little and tastes pretty horrible. Don't get me wrong, it was not a fun time, but I was expecting worse. The whole experience was pretty quick overall which is my main criteria, maybe a couple hours between calling for an appointment and being pain free. For that, I'd give six stars.
