I'm so glad she did! The service itself has been great so far and the customer service is top-notch. The installer explained everything they were doing while they were doing it and worked efficiently to minimize disruption to my day. These folks really are our neighbors on the coast and care about the quality of their work. I have a remote worker in my household who has had to go work at the cafe in the past due to other companies' outages but who hasn't had to leave the house once since we got Further Reach.
