But apparently, he didn't do it correctly (he was too busy upselling me on my plan), and after spending an hour of someone else trying to figure out his mess up, I now have to go sell my old phone MYSELF on Facebook marketplace to try and recoup the money. I was offered no discount, nothing for the inconvenience. Just "sorry our employee messed up but now it's your problem!" It is frustrating, because I have no choice but to go here when I need help. But it is ALWAYS a bad experience.

He showed us the differences between models, and when my mom had difficulty seeing the screen due to her eyesight, he printed the plan documents to ensure she'd be able to see everything. He really went the extra mile with us, even showing us in clear handwriting all of the specifics and detailed numbers/ math associated with our plan. We were told we were signing up for one mobile plan, but the representative rushed us through the digital signing process and secretly enrolled us in a much more expensive plan that we cannot afford! I see from the comments we are not the only ones who were defrauded with a Bait-and-Switch in this place. They did not provide us with a copy of the contract before we left. We didn't see this until the bill arrived. This was clearly a deliberate attempt to hide the fact that the plan we signed for was NOT what we were promised verbally. Management has been zero help, dismissively telling us it is our problem. It is not a mistake; it is fraud. I am currently filing a complaint with the FCC, CPUC and the Better Business Bureau, as well as a consumer protection claim with the California Attorney General. Stay far away from this location. They rely on rushing and withholding paperwork to trap you in contracts you didn't agree to.

    ~Throwback Thursday Review back to the 2012 - 2013 era ~…read more When I lived in the Citrus Heights area, they rolled out IPTV along the Auburn Blvd Corridor around 2012 - 2013 , it was one of the best experiences ever. I had no drop outs or lapse in TV services whatsoever. The only thing that drove me batty at the time was when the set top boxes would shut off after a certain amount of hours of inactivity. But they had channels on their service that other provides did not. FYI- At the time, they were Surewest before the name Consolidated and before it was Roseville Telephone company. Comcast previously was the only TV provider at the time that offered high speed internet except in the case of Surewest which had DSL at the time. It was great to switch then in the area. Enjoyed the service for many months before I moved. Wonder if the staff from the old Surewest are still with the company in Roseville? I cannot speak for today but There was a good thing happening back in the day and hopefully it continues.

I've dealt with bad customer service before but if a company is telling you to call back to check if they can help you, the customer service is non-existent. I called back when they told me to and it still wasn't done. I called again a couple weeks later and still no. Then I called back again a month later and I thought I was actually getting help from a guy named Scott. He apologized and it shouldn't take long and what they told me before was wrong and it's going to get done now. He put in a ticket and gave me a job number and told me he would call me back the next day! But no. No call back, and so I called again today. The person on the phone just kept I interrupting me with THE WRONG address because she didnt want to wait. She kept asking for my account number throughout the call and I told her I don't have an account! Thats why I'm calling! She was asking me like I had one but I didn't want to tell her. If I had an account I would give you the number, trust me. I offered the job number but she said she didn't need it. She then said the same thing I heard before it's not available in their system yet. Then she asked me for a nearby address? I just told her the address to the building why tf doesn't she Google it? Oh that's right there's no actual customer service here. After I could tell I was getting no where I politely explained that this company is ridiculous, and I won't be calling back. The worst part? It's not my frustration, it's not that this company continues to exist even though I'm not quite sure what their purpose is. The worst part is I can't communicate with my dad, who lives in memory care and can't remember how to charge his cellphone. This company's lack of service is preventing me from communicating with my loved one. So it's between the talk box or community phone right now. Consolidated communications? I'm not sure what they consolidated but they aren't capable of helping me communicate which, I don't know seems like should be a priority for a communication company. But don't worry Fidium Fiber, I know you're the owner now.

He was the most professional, patient, and thorough sales representative I've ever worked with. I switched from AT&T, where I'd been a loyal customer for 20 years and was paying $155 for two lines. With Cody's help, I now have four lines with brand-new phones for just $100 a month (only paying taxes on the devices). What truly set Cody apart was his sincerity and kindness. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even followed up later that evening to make sure everything was working perfectly. If you've had a less-than-stellar experience at this location, do yourself a favor and ask for Cody. He just might turn your miserable day into a great one. Thanks again, Cody!

I got a notification that the order is in the locker, but when I got there, locker says no order in my mobile number, have no option but to go back the next day when the store is open. So the following day I came and tried the locker again, guess what - the locker finally opened EMPTY, meaning DO NOT TRUST their so called machines to disburse your orders and just come in to pick it up in the store when a real person can assist you. Although the guy who assisted me was very nice , still this is clearly a human error. Do better please. I have been a loyal customer for years.

    We used fortis as our IT company for the last few years and hired them to move our server to "there…read moredata center" after 4 months we had our launch date on a Monday. We were shut down for 2 days with computer problems and for the next 2 weeks had nothing but problems and downtime. We told them to move our stuff back to our inhouse server only to find out they actually tried to put us in AZURE Microsoft cloud base . That was never discussed and they decided to to that on their own without any change order and lied and said that's what the plan was when literally we had them in our office and thru emails stating that we are moving to there data center were they have space. Our software at that time was not going to work in that platform due to the amount of data. We decided after all the problems to cancel our service to only have fortis strong arm us and held us hostage. We disputed a $1900.00 charge for services they were charging us but not providing and finally after a back and forth with them we agreed to pay as long as we can get our credentials and then they said they were going to audit our account. The next week they sent us a bill for 8,000 dollars for magical tickets from 2 years ago ,gave us 24 hours to pay or they would disrupted out ability to work and that is exactly what they did .block our staff and took over our computers. We ended up paying them 10,000 as basically ransom. They are dishonest and they claim to be there to protect you from viruses and people taking over your computer but they are the ones you need to worry about. It has been 2 months cents our cancellation and guess what ,not one computer problem except from the computers we bought from them . So weird that having the "big IT company with multiple calls to fix computers to not having any problems at all says a lot. The light at the end of the tunnel we also cancelled our VoIP and found a new vender that was less price and more features and we are not paying 2400.00 a month to them for there contract. It was a blessing that they performed so poorly as we found better solutions. If i can save one person from this nightmare and them using a company that will charge you for services they are not providing then this review is worth it. If your looking for a honest IT Company they are not it. you can look online and see this is common practice for them.

    These guys seem great to me…read more I switched from ATT, and when I did not use the service right away, they called me!!!!! Just to make sure I had no problem I am getting a faster connection at a lower price than ATT or comcast. The only down side was that I had to buy an updated modem because my existing ATT modem was very old I plugged the new modem in, and was up and running in no time If you look at the reviews for ATT and COMCAST, I think mostly people dislike them. They are always giving out a teaser rate, then raising the price on you every few years. I just for tired of it I chose the mid tier package from launchnet,,,, 1.5 to 3 mbps I checked the connection speed and they deliver what they claim speed wise I am getting 300 kbps wireless "n" speeds to my devices.... Which is about the best you can do without getting exotic. So I am a happy camper'' And, there is some real pleasure for me to give less money to ATT Although I still have to keep the land line service

Instead of responding in a professional manner or offering some resolve to our situation, especially after numerous phone calls, texts, and emails, Pamela decides to take no responsibility or accountability. Simply, she could have responded and refunded us many months ago as promised eliminating the need for this negative review. She chose to ignore, lie and then blame us for her business decisions. She even goes so far as to make comments about distance to our property when we were in her service area at the time and that was never brought up as an issue prior to her taking our money for her services. If her company does not want to travel to certain areas then they should not be offering the service in those locations. For Pamela to say she's lost money on this experience, we can safely say that we've lost much, much more. Here's our abbreviated story. After canceling our prior internet service to All Starz on the "promise" of faster service and unlimited data we were stuck with 4G service that slowed to a crawl after two weeks. When I contacted Pamela, she said we used up our data on that card and needed to install a new card which she activated. Another week in and the service went down again. They swapped cards, readjusted the antenna and barely got a signal at all. We were told that a lot of customers' cards failed because the 3rd party they bought the cards from weren't supporting them anymore. That in itself seemed questionable but then they assured us they signed a new contract with another card supplier and all would be well. Weeks went by and all the while we had no internet and kept hearing promises of a "new service coming" which never did materialize. Eventually we discovered the problem was the data SIM cards they were passing off. My wife lost her online job as a result and I had spent hours and hours of my own time assisting with the service and researching the technology to try and update the antenna firmware. Yet, Pamela complains of losing money on us? My wife lost her entire income because she had no internet access not to mention the stress it put us through.  After avoiding our phone calls, we finally got Pamela to drop off a box of miscellaneous parts for us to try to see if we could get any signal on our own in our desperation for internet service. After that we had no support nor would they return any of our phone calls or texts. As many of you know, getting a new provider can take many months and so it took us another 45 days to schedule an install with Smarter Broadband leaving us without internet service for a total of over 3 months. We uninstalled all of the All Starz USA equipment, cleaned it up and repacked it in the original packaging per our agreement to be refunded. We could not get anyone to respond to our calls, texts or emails to pick up the equipment and issue a refund. (See attached photo - it's still safely here in the garage). And after doing some research I also discovered we spent way more than we should have for the installation charges. Not to mention she told us she would remove the payment for at least the last month of internet service (or should I say no service) and then discovered she charged us instead. We had to have our credit card company remove the charges since she ignored us when we inquired about the issue. So, who really lost money here?  After all of that we were very upset since we felt we had been scammed and that's when we asked for a full refund for all services. This Yelp review is the first response we have heard from Pamela and of course she tries to make us sound like the problem. We really thought we were dealing with professionals and tried our best to work with Pamela but had no idea they would treat their clients with such disrespect and lack of care. Let this be a warning to anyone considering using their services.
