This was a great gift. There was a slight hitch in receiving the gift email notification, but after contacting customer service, it was quickly addressed and the notice arrived shortly after. After making my order, it arrived a couple days later. I was thrilled to unpack and find that all you have to do is thaw and heat as my mobility was limited due to recent hip surgery. I received mine disguised as a business thank you,thank you. I saw the delivery guy come up the walk with a big box. I didn't bother to retrieve it for an hour. When I did ,I realized what it was. Opening it,there were ice packs,however,the containers weren't secure and jostled around during shipping. Oh,the shipping. It cost as much as the overpriced food. The total for this " gourmet meal of meat lasagna, squash , Caesar salad,dinner rolls and cheesecake squares was almost $200. Now,I scoured the Yelp reviews looking for clues as to why so many loved instead of flowers. It looks like the common denominator is someone's been sick,in the hospital etc and appreciate a good meal prepared by someone for them at home This is the part where I stop,take a deep breath and say I get it. No updates on if or when it was delivered. The family stated it was not delivered. Website does not appear to offer any way to check on status. Options for support are email or call them M-F.
