Dr. Martin Valdes found the nodule on my throat, not may doctors have found it. He set me up with a sonogram, right there in the office - I don't have to go to 2 different places, and wait until the report is read. He gave me medicine from my intercystial Cystitis, which he knew about the disease. Very Impressed. Dr. Liana Mendoza was fantastic, since she read my digital file that I filled out prior to the visit, she asked me what can she do to help, and how was my medication working? I told her the truth, and she consulted me on the current medication, and made some suggestions. The medication was sent to the Pharmacy and ready in no time. I have my follow ups in 2 weeks, either virtual or an office visit. In between appointments, I receive a call from Melissa at Customer Service letting me know that if there is anything I need to please save her number and call her at anytime. I am glad that I finally found a place where the office personnel treat me like a person, not a number. I have made a new place me. I am confident that whomever goes there will have the same treatment as I did.
