After seeing many doctors for many years, multiple doctors were only interested in managing my care instead of curing me. I was impressed with her statement. Dr. Carlos worked with her, and I had many meetings as they were very thorough in their approach to curing me. I stayed at their clinic over the weekend and took their 55-minute infusion. Instantly after they took the needle out of my arm, my body said "MOVE," and I did just that. I ran upstairs and downstairs all over the clinic with no pain, running, cart wheeling, IN NO PAIN AT ALL LIKE BEFORE THIS HAPPENED, all in amazement. I took to their infusion because I had read all 20 pages of their medical contract before I signed their contract. I agreed to the treatments because it has no side effects or deaths in the study. The staff was magnificent and extended me every professional courtesy. Dr. Hazen checked in and was present during my infusion, with her staff performing the infusion. I was unaware of the paid trial, nor did I care; I just wanted to be cured. The trial payment was under $1,500.00 plus an extra round figure of $500.00 because the brand new machine they ordered malfunctioned, and I was asked to stay an additional day waiting for another new machine to be delivered the next day, and continue the trial infusion. It works immediately. They are very thorough with blood tests, urine weights documentation, and sending you to other outside doctors for their continued treatments, making sure I was healthy to take the infusion and all other related tests. This infusion took away 95% of my inflammation and pain and got rid of all other ailments. I was back to normal, playing tennis, golf, running, Santa Monica, Echo Park and Culver City stairs, rollerblading, riding my bicycle, horseback riding, and all sports I played before this. I was back to normal, which was unbelievable. The infusion trial worked and lasted 4 months. I saw Dr. Hazen regularly, as she was always kindly overseeing my treatments; she would pop in to check on me and was concerned about my overall health. She was always smiling and happy, and so was her staff. Everyone was so excited to see me in my regular state, always asking me how I felt and how I was doing. Everyone worked in beautiful concert together like clockwork, every dedicated and educated in their medical craft and career. The offices were always clean and the bathrooms too. My last day, after my infusion and a few follow up appotents I stopped by a local bakery and bought Dr Hazen and her staff 2 boxes of designed cookies. Dr. Hazen kindly asked me to place them in their break room in the back for their staff. Her elderly parents work with her and have offices next to her on the 2nd floor. THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD! I RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYONE WHO IS IN NEED TOO! To this day, many years later, I have the best relationship with Dr. Hazen. I email her often to let her know how I am doing. She found my cure a drug called Morphotek, which I have tracked for 10-15 years all over the world, and now the USDA has approved it for sale in theh UDA nd I shall have my doctor prescribe it for me to finish with the 100% total cure of my medical condition. The girl working there told this psycho that she could not participate in a study because she had already participated at another locations. This psycho screamed, yelled, threatened the place and the girl working there, and they simply told her to "leave the building". and she refused to leave! I thought she was going to pull out a gun and start shooting - yes, she was THAT crazy! Nobody called the police or anything! They have no security there at all! I agreed to the stated 1-1/2 hour study, and I was there THREE hours - then they tried to cheat me out of my agreed amount of $50, by bringing in a check for a Lousy $25!!!! I nearly blew a fuse!!! I told them I agreed to do the study for $50 not $25 and they needed to pay me the $50 as agreed, which they told me it would be on the phone which is $50. I really had to put up a fight to get my money - it was ridiculous after spending twice the amount of time there and then for them to try to cheat me out of $25 was absolutely insane and unprofessional! I finally got them to write me a check for the REAL amount of $50 and after three hours which was supposed to only 1-1/2 hours, I was finally on my way! Being in the state of total distrust of them, I went to their bank in Century City, which took forever in a day to cash a lousy $50 check. They had to call the clinic, wait for the right person to talk to to get the authorization to cash the damn $50 check, call the bank manager to approve it, and if that wasn't enough, then they had to screw me around some more by not giving me enough validations to pay for the parking and I had to go back inside and really had to nag them to death to get the correct amount of validations to get out of the damed parking lot of the stupid bank! I am more than livid about this whole experience! I would not recommend this clinic to anyone on the face of the earth! It is the worst place ever!! Unbelieveable!!! Stay away from this place no matter what they do! They are liars, cheats, Time-wasters and completely unprofessional!!! What a scam!

On top of that, Dr. Rudd-Barnard made out-loud assumptions about me and my possible diagnosis to my face after speaking to me for maybe 30-45 minutes without reviewing ANY diagnostic data or testing at all or speaking to me previously. Here's where it gets absolutely unacceptable; when I got my official assessment back, weeks late from the initial date I was told to expect it, my psychiatric history was so inaccurate that I'm not even sure she was listening at all. She got timelines wrong, ages wrong, and completely forgot to include MULTIPLE impactful trauma events, including the one that literally made me seek assessment in the first place. I'm estimating that about 40% of that section is wholly inaccurate despite me spending hours detailing all of that information to them and me sending them my notes after the call. If I can find a great place to get re-assessed, I'll update this review with a recommendation! Edited to add: the response they had below is a very mild example of their inability to take responsibility for the damage they're doing. That on top of "you have been generally having a rough time" and "hope that you can find some relief soon" which are both attempts to shift blame for my very levelheaded but negative review onto my mental status, AND are inaccurate disclosures that are all based on private interactions that I had with her in a medical setting.
